choosing between a thermovape, pax, lsv, inh

Apparently not, hahaha. :D Most smokers i know don't use refillable lighters either.. i did, but not always. Clippers always tend to malfunction after a while.

Discontinued The Inhalater INH004 Phytotherapeutic Rechargeable Portable Vaporizer

the ss bowl and glass capsule would not work imo.. they would get to hot for all the plastic in there and i think conduction would be an issue as well because the capsule have a narrow diameter. I'm curious about the offgassing but i am not convinced about the handling polyamide being the...

how do you replace the battery on an iphone? :D I think you guys sometimes just go over the top with your demands. I agree with NF, the battery lasts long enough. It does not seem difficult to replace it either, there are screws in the bottom that give direct acess to it and there are...

Why is vapor and smoke gives different buzz?

what i think you are doing is extracting the maximum amount of cannabinoids and then the heat breaks the THC into CBDs, giving a more couch lock high and almost no THC. It is like combustion with vapor and a lot more cannabinoids extracted since combusting destroys 70% of the cannabinoids.

i get by with a little help - newer whip vapes?

IMO, the SSV is the best whip vaporizer you can get right now. I would get a miniwhip from Vaporbrothers to use less material per session as well. If you use it more with water, go to the LSV instead and get a whip adapter for the LSV. Except for the flying bits that stay in the water...

Different Purchasing options for different prices! Criteria = Stop abusing lungs!

I don't own a Vapolution but i prefer the Solo over it because of it's portability. Both are very efficient with your material, and have great taste. I believe, from what i read, that the Vapolution has an all glass vapor path (someone correct me if im wrong) which is always a big plus imo. I...

    The Ubie

There is a thread about the Ubie in the portable section, you may find the info about it there. My ABV is always brown to dark brown, with the Ubie i would say it will be more difficult to have an even roasting of the material because there is a lot of conduction happening and some black bits...

choosing between a thermovape, pax, lsv, inh

wow, i saw that rig before and i am sure it works but.. aren't you worried about the amount of butane you are inhaling? Also, the taste is impossible to be as good as the majority of the vaporizers out there, not to mention it is much more difficult to master that thing. I don't know why you...

    Toxic material in portable vaporizers?

Just search the Solo thread, IIRC it was in the first 50 pages but don't take my word for it. Maybe someone in the thread remembers it though. What i recall is that, bellow the bowl, there is a pcb and on one of the sides there's the battery. There was also some kind of glue to keep some...

Well, usually lithium batteries last longer if you keep the charge above 40%, hence the recommendation to not use after all the lights go out. I only use like that when i'm out of the house though, but there is really no problem. You can replace the battery eventually.. no need to be super...

Discontinued Wychwood Vaporizers UK Log Vape

After 15minutes, the WW is hot. After 30min, it is hotter. I don't understand how your herb does not turn at least yellow though... if i take a big and long draw, it is guaranteed it will be light yellow by the end of the first hit. It is more difficult to turn dark brown though, i don't know...

Dreamer, after all the lights go out, you still have a lot of battery, like 40%.

    Toxic material in portable vaporizers?

Well, actually some people have reported some taste from the ELBs. Not sure about VRIP because i don't know where is the metal in that vaporizer.. i don't think there is any. And SS gives off flavour, that much i know. Ceramic i don't know but i heard people here at FC saying they can tell the...

Vaporizing causes severe paranoia after T-break...

Actually, i think it is the CBD/CBN that go up with curing because the THC "morphs" into CBDs.

    Toxic material in portable vaporizers?

the safest IMO are the all glass like vaponic, gn0me, vapocane and ubie. Then you have the Thermovape vaporizers which also have purity of materials as one of the priorities. the solo or the pax, compared to an all glass airpath, are a joke IMO. Even if there is only stainless steel or...

Different Purchasing options for different prices! Criteria = Stop abusing lungs!

I would go with the UD, and then i would get a portable since it seems you don't care much about portability. OTOH, the solo could do both at the expense of a bigger bowl (less conserving). It is also at 160$ at puffitup, don't go for where you found it at 225$.

Discontinued Thermovape Cera (Original thread, closed because of chaos)

I agree, no major improvements compared to others. The biggest advantage imo is it is nearly indestructible and it should last more years than most of the vaporizers out there. The flavour should be as good as glass, provided a good convection is achievable which considering the older T1, i...

Discontinued Thermovape Cera (Original thread, closed because of chaos)

I agree with everything you said, but i don't understand why you think the LL could be better? What would you improve? Apart from battery constraints i don't see any flaws in their design so far.

Great tips Ricchini, although i don't agree that a long slow draw does not work as well. I usually use the technique that Tokin is using to get the last tidbits of material in my Solo and WW. With my DBV i use a long inhale and sometimes i alternate between breathing with your mouth and your...
