Shine a flashlight into the draw hole and look down through the screen. As long as the holes aren't blocked (you can still see through it) then everything is fine.

I hold the easy valve to my bong stem. It works really well since hardly any negative pressure is required to get vapor from the bag.

Actually that is a design flaw. Iphone is designed in the United States. There has been no problem with the manufacturing. It works as designed.

What you would measure with your meter is the voltage coming from the wall wart adapter. It should be 12 volts. I doubt this is the problem.
