My friend tried my volcano yesterday. He was blown away. Today he calls me and tells me that he has connected a common air mattress pump to his buddha and is filling bags. He's pretty handy. :)

I just got a volcano digi. It's amazing. I can see how someone would say that it costs to much but I don't think anyone can deny that it works extremely well.

It says in their website that the normal price is $499. It's currently on sale for a "special" price of $319. And if this isn't a soldering iron please elaborate.

I didn't actually fill them to the top. You don't have to agree with my review. All I was trying to say was if you want to get really high the volcano is a excellent choice. Especially if money and weed are plentiful. :)

I am an avid electric r/c airplane builder and flyer. I am familliar with power systems and working with high current. I'll see what I can whip up. I have taken no measurements but I am guessing it consumes around 25 amps from observing it runs a battery down in about 5 minutes.

An ac adapter mimicking a AA battery would be extremely easy to make. Why are you waiting for it to be handed to you and make one for yourself? Perhaps I should make up a batch and start selling them. :brow:

What will make it dies is if you twist the assembly inside the log. Try to keep it oriented the original direction.

You don't lose any taste through the hydrator. Just debris and temperature.

That's 20 button pushes to charge 4 batteries. I'm not complaining just pointing it out. Your right that it isn't a big deal. I'll have to take a look at the latest revision but I kinda like the sound. You know what it's up to by the noises it's making. :)
