The clicking of the knob is a result of the notches rubbing the metal tube and not a part of the switches internal mechanics. I suspect it only rubs for some due to tolerances in assemble.
I use something called a kill a watt which can be purchased for about $20 from amazon. It will show you how many watts you are drawing so you can precisely set your dial every time. :) The OCD draws 17-18 watts at full throttle...
I would say closer to a log then a whip but with a lot more oomph. I'll need a few days of use before I give it a comprehensive review. With all the family around its hard to spend any quality time with it. So give me a few more days. :)
Not many have them because of the cost. There is many cheaper options that work really well. Having said that you bought yourself a really good safe vaporizer. I hope you enjoy it. I love mine.
The cord from the wood block to the dummy battery will need to be a thick gauge because of the high current flowing through it. Using silicone insulated wire would keep it nice and flexible.
That's really cool. So there is no heat mass just the gun running constantly? I can only imaging pulling it out at a party. They must think of you as the mad scientist. :D
The magnetic feature is important. Don't ask me how but countless times I've dropped my grinder mid grind. With my old grinder it was on the floor and wasted. With the spacecase 2pc it holds tight and all is well. :)
