I'd have no problem pre ordering from 7th floor, other than I'm short on funds right now. They have some kick ass desk top vapes and I'm sure this portable is going kick ass just like all of their other vapes!

Yeah I found it very strange that there was no order confirmation was sent, just a payment receipt from paypal. There are no invoice/order #'s either. I agree RBT should either reply to web form submissions himself or have someone reply for him. I really think RBT has let customer service go by...
