Yeah I have to agree with you. The lack of communication has been really disappointing!! I too have sent 2 pm's and an email with no response. Pretty poor customer service. I am starting to see similarities between RBT and GHL but at least GHL will answer an email if you email them.

That case looks awesome. I like it just they way it is. I like the bigger pocket vs splitting it in two. Makes it more versital plus there are already 3 battery pockets. I also like the brown interior makes it easier to see items in the case imo. I can't wait to get my hopper so I can order this...
