Yingmin5 already does. It used to be on the DHgate store, but I just looked and it's not there anymore, but it's on that other wholesale site, you may be able to nag them into selling singles if you really want it.

I use Kief all the time sandwiched between flowers. I wouldn't use hash alone, plus you would need to crumble it up I imagine to as much of a powder as you can for best results. For Kief Sandwiches, I give it a 8/10.
