Yep, after a few weeks the 12 v will be fine. If you are vaping in larger groups, the 13.5 volt is convenient as it keeps the temperature up between draws better.

You want to buy AC. DC is for cars and boats. You can have Rick (from MyrtleZap) send you a 13.5 volt AC adapter. It will work with your unit. I had a hard time finding mine in the city. Called several places but none had a 13.5 volt ac adapter.

After the break-in period, I'd say that the only reason you would want to use it is for groups of people to keep the temperature at its optimum.

Hmm... my roommate and I both have independently noticed that we have a harder time focusing on close objects after vaping the DHS. Something in the blend is affecting our eyes' ability to focus... I think I have noticed the same thing from cannabis though, I am unsure however. It's been a while...
