I don't think so. It's being posted a few times from various places. Maybe a current owner can chime in.? It was also posted from Fast Tech for $8 somewhere as well, but couldn't find it again.

Using just for the Lotus never actually crossed my mind. Good idea though. My plan is to use as a base (and to block the male hole) for the Y tube and can make a stand up pipe from the lot. Lotus (or nail) on one side and the other parts on the other side. Or use the WTs instead of the 90...

So I did the deed and have the dual kit coming. Caught the 4july sale a few seconds into it. Tracking currently indicates leaving Cali. :D Been doing some shopping while I wait. In going throw the thread, I settled on this guy. Lighter $9.48 Finding the glass pieces I envisioned was a...

Yepper the PTFE is best for helping the threads. I was thinking more a short strip of electrical around the outside to hold lid in place. I agree that it's sticky stuff and messy in time. Same with the duck tape, I hate it when perks use it to hold spools of cable or wire together for storing...

Are you sure you didn't get the lids mixed between the units? If having problems the general "trick", if you want to call it that, is to turn counter clockwize to get it strait. Once you hear/feel a click, the position should be good to thread clockwise. Now if cross threaded, you need to go...

Thanks for the info. Was thinking the pipe too, just for the portability aspect. Maybe instead get one of those smaller 90 degree 14mm adapters. Any suggestions there? Any other options for portability besides the OEM pipe section? My trigger finger is itchy...

    The Lotus Vaporizer

Hey guys. Started reading up on this Lotus and looks like a great little beast. Any information on best place to buy and any discount codes? Seems the cracking plates is the Achillies heal for it. Is this a big concern generally? Best to get pipe+gong adapter kit? TIA

Trying to re-program has been brought up in the past. Finding the port on the PCB would only be the start. Even with a jtag interface adapter, you would still need the source code. No? Or some idea of what data to change. If you can figure out the re-programming, you'd have a line up of...

The car charger is just a direct connect to the car battery. Besides a fuse of course. Honestly I have never run the car charger full course so can't say what's normal there. I'd assumed the Solo has it's own regulating going on inside. A small phillips is all you need really. -Remove the screw...

Could you not take the battery from the good unit and try in the 107? You car charging sounds odd as should act the same as home charger. Only difference is can be slightly higher voltage. Never hitting a full charge sounds like battery problems. Good luck with it.

Cool, glad you like the stand. No reason you can't leave the stand plugged it. Makes easier to find at night? I didn't know the top had a front and back? Stops where it stops. I would not be concerned. In fact removing that cap was something I did the second week I had mine. IMO, just gets in...

In theory, yes, should charge without problem with the OEM supply. Supply would only fail if full PA mode, with heater on, was attempted. The step down units are currently configured for a larger connector. (2.1mm) This has been a compatibility hiccup for the third party power supplies from day...

Some good planning happening here. As you know the stand is just a pass-through for the power and has no baring on battery charge etc. The thought of using a lower voltage to avoid overcharging is something which @OF has brought up a few times. He could best answer this in detail as good to...

Hmmm, you may very well be right, but I was always told a full charge cycle is the best way to achieve the factory rated number. Is there not other losses involved with partial charging? Maybe I'm getting the old school battery mixed up.? If not, I've been avoiding partial charging for no...

Sounds perfect for your situation. Just thought I'd throw in an addition point just to add to the confusion of battery fun. Running 6-2 suits you because of daily usage and Solo's daily charge time. Even have some elbow room to expand as time goes on. Perfect. Batteries have a number of...

Thanks OF, the mission has been a ton of fun. These projects give me something to do and try as I might, I always end up back in the kitchen. Yeah, have a few parts kicking around from the AIO but I'm sure I'll find a use for them down the road. It's very satisfying knowing that folks enjoy my...
