I seal in glass and store on the shelf in the dark at room temp. Flower rosin tends to go into crumble over time. Kieff rosin while always starting firm enough to handle and almost shattery turns sappy over time. Time being roughly ten days or so. I only press well cured very dry flower.

Is the screen flat side up or cup up? Make it flat side if it is a cup.

Are you over packing, less is often better with logs.

You just set on nic temp control. Set watts at like 27 and temp at like 380 and adjust the temp to suit your taste. How to set settings is easy and shown with the device manual. Sounds complex at first but is actually very easy to do.

I had a couple wands like that. A email and pic was all it took but that was a couple years ago and they seem to be having some serious quality control and customer service issues. Enough so that I had to quit recommending their products sadly.

I have not received my replacement unit for the defective unit I purchased about 8 months ago. Despite being assured a couple months ago I would. May wanna go ahead with that charge back.
