So soaking it in iso and qtip wipe didn't work for you . That always seems to work for me in regards to cleaning . How long did you have it soaked in iso ? Maybe longer time is needed , just a thought .

That's normal when using the PA , it doesn't shut off completely . just auto shut off and you reset the temp level .

That is the perfect scenario where a wall mount or a shelf would help . Wall mount would be more secure . I'm impressed your friend has the Cloud mounted for use . I think the option is more of a DIY option tho . By that , I mean the Herbie team won't have time to add that for the first launch...
