I personally don't think it's fair , for the owner to have to pay for shipping costs on repairs or exchanges . Not even one time.

Welcome to FC Fine Grind , Good 1st post , I don't remember seeing that customized feature of messages . That would be great if they can personalize each unit with the new owner's preferred phrases ...or names even .
