Without knowing exactly what tubing your talking about it's a bit hard to answer. Generally your looking for tubing that is food or medical grade. The kind of things available in most towns will be tubing used for brewing beer/wine making.

I doubt there's much to see. Just a few wires connecting the heat element, plug socket and temperature control. It's one of the reasons that DBV and SSV are so long lasting and robust, there's very little that can go wrong with them.

I think my MZ is probably in the 200c range (comparing the ABV to my EQ at 200c). I probably could have extracted to a darker abv shade but the hits were sooo thin by that point it wasn't satisfying and probably would have taken another half hour to get anywhere near a dark brown abv.
