It fits all the way in so that the bottom of the stem is sitting on the bottom of the bowl.

    Discontinued The Palm by Vaporblunt

Hey vape or die and welcome. That's a quite a good point actually. Looking at the pics it looks like the lid sort of clicks into place but I can't see a catch. Should be easy enough to do with just a small revolving peg.

    Edibles that last

The best way I have found for longer term storage is the freezer. Just bake your treats and freeze what you think will not get eaten. You have to remember that anything you bake with cannabutter will last just as long as with normal butter. If your planning on making a large batch of...

    Davinci by Karma

Oooh, just checked my tracking and says my DV is in the UK and has cleared customs - woop!!! Fingers crossed I should have mine tomorrow and then I'll start reviewing and posting vids.

Aspie needs help about daily smoking, lungs, vaps!

This is something you will have to decide for yourself whether it bothers you. I personally don't have too many gripes with it because, I believe, the air passing over the wires is cool till it hits the ceramic heater. So cool air running over a wire in mind seems fine. Here is my review of...

    VaporGenie or Yiendovape

+1 for the gn0me and mine was shipped to the UK. Though I wouldn't rule out the VG Coil. It is very robust and, as vapes go, pretty much indestructible. It does have a learning curve, but so do all vapes, and once you have the technique down it's a non-issue. If it's pure taste your after...

Interesting move by Spanish town to grow their own!

That is unfortunate, I thought it was quite a nice concept :(

Interesting move by Spanish town to grow their own!

Here's the link and this is the article: With a national unemployment rate that now hovers around 23 percent, the European country of Spain is in dire straits economically. But one local town, Rasquera, population 900, has come up with a plan that will not only save itself from economic ruin...

    Alivi8 Vaporizer (portable pipe)

I grabbed one of these about a week ago and have been using it as my out and about vape exclusively. Here's my thoughts on the product. The issue of the filter safety is something that each person will have to decide for themselves - it doesn't bother me at all. Out the box this looks and...

    The HI

I'm actually only switching mine on for use. I have other log vapes at home, including Alan's TT, that I leave on 24/7. As the HI is so quick to heat up I just wait till it's ready and hit one of the of the logs in the meanwhile if I'm desperate. I am a little worried about the wood constantly...

Aspie needs help about daily smoking, lungs, vaps!

Really interesting shadow and well explained. With this kind of information there is no such thing as 'too much' so write away :) The great thing about this forum is that we have people from all different walks of life who are all seeking to learn and share knowledge on a largely anecdotal...

Very nice - looks like another dark cherry mini-beast is on the loose!

Aspie needs help about daily smoking, lungs, vaps!

Hey Shad0w. Welcome to FC - you're definitely in the right place to get help. IMO your on the right track with a vaporizer. Not only is it less harmful than smoking but it also extracts more essential oils from herbs than smoking (ime) so you need less to feel the effects. I wouldn't worry...

    The Toasty Top

I'm sure you will not be disappointed at all with your choice of log banana_republic. This vape looks great, is so comfortable to hold and hits superbly. Now that Alan has re-designed the core it really is hitting at the top end of the temperatures that log vapes get to. For some a variable...

Please help me choose a first vape

I'd stick a vote in for the EQ. As a first vape it's good as it gives you versatility, ease of use and good spares availability. I'm sure you would be satisfied with the LSV as well but think the EQ's versatility pips it to the post as a first vape imo.

    The HI

The HI is still ripping :ko: Just wanted to post some pics of my mini beast! I've named him "Nibbler" (after the pet from Futurama) because he's small and cute but is also a beast behind the façade!

    The Toasty Top

Thanks guys. Hehe OTA I think I might have a use for it but if it goes begging I'll send it over ;) The wood stem isn't lined. What I love about it is it's versatility. You can see in the pic the 3 heads I have that are interchangeable with the wooden stem (or glass stem too).

    Aromazap/Myrtlezap/CeramicRockZap

Loving the look of those bubblers Rick. On those short stubby zaps it makes them look like old school paraffin hurricane lanterns - very classic  And great video Vitolo - call me an emerald 'cos you made me green with envy with that one ;) So I got to spend the day with my new CRZ...

    The Toasty Top

So for a quick update: This baby seriously rocks  I thought I was getting a mild hitter with a slight improvement in air flow as the heat core is really a tweek on the original log vape design. However, I don't know how he's managed it, or if it's due to the wood species, but Alan has...
