Vaporists;
First I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope everyone is enjoying tasteful clouds of vapor with there friends and famly this weekend; I totally understand and feel the frustration and anticipation everyone who has been following this thread for a long time. I'd...
For foreseeable future there is no planned split diagram planned to be released. In hoping to help clear up your questions here is some details of the clouds design:
The first layer of enclosure is the insulation and heating element later; sandwiched between the insulation lies the heating...
Hey Guys; very perceptive noticing some of the changes, I just wanted to chime in to let everyone know that none of these changes are due to any delays; were just in the process of going through our communication with the public with a fine tooth comb; facebook and twitter will return...
Fellow Vaporists,
For those dying for updates; the marketing team is in the process of making some changes to the website; we have finally taken down the CG shot of the cloud and replaced it with an actual photograph of a production-like unit. Please check out the site; frequently the next...
Fellow Vaporist's,
While I know your all dieing for updates, rest assure the VXL team is working hard and is in full throttle gearing this company up for the launch, as for how our manufacturing process is going, we are nearing a launch date, Rest-assure when we are two weeks out from the...
Here is how the indicator lights work, first -- in the right lighting actually the entire glass enclosure lights up to the appropriate color. Assuming the unit is cold and you have juts turned it on:
The unit will light the glass up red while it is heating up. Once it reaches its optimal...
@elmouzz -- The EZ bowl since its a fine mesh screen, does a good job of transferring the heat to the herbal contents and retaining as little as possible, after 1 toke I would say the bowl is not noticeably hot at all, after 3-4 I'm still able to pull it out of the device, it is warm to the...
Fiend, as SM announced I have been brought on board to help with the customer service. Please send me an email at pcancila@gmail.com with the issue or questions that you have for VXL, and I will gladly help get this resolved for you.
Please understand, and SM has made it clear on this forum...
On to the payment; none of the beta testers have been asked to pay, and there was no agreement between beta tester's and VXL to buy the product once it comes out. However, I think all beta testers were already signed up to pre-order the cloud and still plan to buy themselves a production unit...
Before reading, I want to note this is from my observation, I don't have the full technical design knowledge,
The air-path for the cloud is as follows, imagine a 7 inch glass cylinder with a little less then a half inch in diameter at the bottom, the diameter of the glass shrinks at the top...
I'm going to guess the answer is no, the direction VXL labs had from the beginning is to move away from wands, and tubes, and there goal is to create a full glass airpath, remember cloud is only 1.0. There will be improvements, and I think were only going to see more glass, rather then less...
@pngwyn -- For some more information for you regarding the benfitis of an airpath that does not touch the heating element, i commented on my findings that the airpath on the Vriptech Vripmaster produced less stale vapor then what i was currently using before it (LSV), Shadowvape from Vriptech...
Currently I pack about .3 g of herbal medication into the cloud, I start my cloud dial at 12 noon position which is roughly 370-380 in vaporization temperature. From there I'll get a initial flavorful hit hat does produce thick "tube vapor" but not much of a cloud, then the 2nd and 3rd hit are...
Hey, I hope you don't feel my responses are aggressive because that has not been the intent. I'm just clarifying your inquiry to my points. for your last comment; the metal bowl. Yes the cloud utilizes a stainless steel mesh bowl, however all vaporizors on the market that claim to be all...
@ the airpath comment. The LSV does not have an all glass air-path in the same extent the cloud does. First when the air enters the LSV, it touches a aluminum-ceramic heating element, which is actually a heating element built originally for smoldering irons, but converted to be a heater for the...
As a lucky beta tester who ownes the LSV, and many other vaporizers. I agree with above statements. Yes you can get thick visible vapor with the LSV, but the road to that thickness, and what you have to give to achieve it is much different when utlizing the LSV and the cloud. Not to mention...
The following vapes, have been tested by FC.com members, and myself, and based on my own research they are safe to use since all components used in making up the vaporizer have been tested and or are rated to be safe at the temperatures involved in the vaporization process.
SSV, LSV, DBV, LSV...
Okay Guys, finally I am have gotten the opportunity to test out the next version of the Vapexhale Cloud. I have had my beta unit for a little over a week, and 300 elbo packs later I can stand behind the hype, and my initial reaction to Beta version 1. This will be Part 1 of 3 installments...
