I use a 14mm joint with a screen set high so the bottom of the injector touches the herb, 488 on the Auber almost always does the trick for me. I sometimes go both higher and lower but mostly right at 488. The stock bowl is too deep for me.

I have both the Z8 and ZX setup. Love having them side by side. Z8 is may fave!!

One advantage of the 18 is that many people have the bowls and adapters for 18. This would allow them to buy a head and get introduced to your product line after already investing in the accessories.

Personally I like 14 but I’d try the 18 too. For heavy hitters it may be worthwhile. Count me in.

That would be perfect for a piece with a 18mm fitting for the ash catch or bong. or whatever is below this in the air path. The frosted glass helps secure the screen (IMO). Good luck. Post photos if you get one!

Can't wait to try the S-PRO!! Still in 14mm I hope? Will the bowl get an internal rim to seat the screen? Any changes coming to the bowl to seat the screen more securely?

I saw a Dfreez wooden bowl for the 14mm injectors!! Really cool. Since the Z8, I've only used Phase 3. Now onto the ZX. Moving soon. Then I'll have both the SX and ZX setup. Rock on. Love the new order with the coil included. Great move. Keep up the good work.

The nice thing is the flexibility. I run mine at lower temps and take 4 - 5 hits to finish the bowl. Very flexible and accommodating to different styles.
