It has a little blue hue to it. It's subtle, like half way between gunmetal and slate grey. "Slate grey"

You can also use denatured hemp for a screen. I started doing that with my glass screen stems, but with the Bowlé you can use the little tamp tool to push it to the bottom and then with a few spins it makes it look perfect.

It sure does! I believe it will attach to any cup that cost at least $70. You can change the battery, the stem won't peel, it's not shaped like a music note, and you don't have to use the golden charging cord of auld caledonia to charge it either! :argh::rofl:
