Does the Herborizer heater get hot on the outside, or are the heated parts on the inside and there's no risk of burning yourself if you accidentally touch something? Thanks

You could get a Lamart TETRAx and put the heater upside down on a water piece. That way, due to gravity and the direction of the airflow it will be impossible for any herb or residues to get into the heater. See here for a photo: https://fuckcombustion.com/threads/tetrax.41944/post-1413355

Same here, the Gen3 Dual has the up and down buttons inverted even with the firmware that says it has that fixed.
