I would not buy the original Vapcap - it does not have a rifled oven walls and thus reduced airflow into the oven. I've used the Original Vapcap, the TI Woodie Vapcap, and an OmniVap Vapcap. I would personally suggest the new Vapcap-M edition which is on sale currently (420 sale)

Ok, so if the situation was happening on the old battery, and it's happening with a new battery. It sounds to me like there's a short somewhere inside the vape on the control board. In all likelyhood, this issue is beyond your repair and requires S&B Service

Sounds like you have a dead/defective battery. I would suggest you try this: turn on the vape and run that mf'er until the battery is completely drained to the minium where it will not even start up. Plug in the vape and charge it for a full 24 hours (way past the charge full indicator)...

Ever rip a Boundless CFX?
