Vaping Hash vs. Marijuana: What are the Differences?

it's been years since I had access to Lebanese hash, but if it's the same as it was back then, it's nothing special. I live in a legal state (washington), and the sheer variety of locally made hash is awesome; I've bought bubble hash that had 30+% CBD (as well as plenty of THC), and something...

Vaping Hash vs. Marijuana: What are the Differences?

I have a mighty, use it to vape flower and hash frequently. vaping hard hash (like Moroccan or Lebanese) is a bit tricky in the mighty (you need to chop it up into tiny pieces, use the concentrate pad), but possible; you need to use the highest temperatures the mighty can do. 'bubble hash' is a...

    Concentrates for Noobs - Q&A

I only got into concentrates (mostly wax) in the last few years, but when I started buying wax of favorite strains, I found myself preferring the wax over the flower, effects-wise (this begs the question of which producer made what, but it's been 100% consistent). it's not about potency either -...

mighty liquid pads are now unobtanium...

maybe next step will be an entrepreneur with bigger ambitions, i.e. buy 1000 from Germany, sell them on ebay for less.

mighty liquid pads are now unobtanium...

market forces are in play: somebody's selling authentic ones on ebay, admittedly for a lot more than they cost before. I'm guessing this person just bought a bunch from Germany...

mighty liquid pads are now unobtanium...

thanks - these guys (and all the other Canada sites that ship to the US) didn't have them in stock the other day. it's good to know they're back. unfortunately shipping to the US is $12, but at least they're not entirely unobtanium.

mighty liquid pads are now unobtanium...

I asked Linx about the Eden lava pads; they said they're 11.5mm diameter x 1.5mm thickness (i.e. probably not a good fit for the mighty...)

mighty liquid pads are now unobtanium...

thanks @Zipford - according to one site, they're 1.7 x 0.3cm. the mighty ones are 1.5 x 0.6 so these might be okay, definitely better than the firefly2+ ones (1.3 x 0.2) that one site suggested.

mighty liquid pads are now unobtanium...

apparently S&B has discontinued making these (maybe the new owners don't want to be seen promoting concentrate use). does anybody have any that they don't use and would be willing to sell? alternately, does anybody know of anyplace that still sells them? I've done some internet searching...

Want to Buy want to buy: mighty concentrate pads

wondering if there are any mighty owners who have the concentrate pads but don't use them. the new owners of S&B, probably worried about liability, no longer make them. firefly pads supposedly work but they're much smaller. thanks!

too much weed (in Washington at least)

I kind of figured there had to be a glut for wax to be selling for as little as $4.80/g ... https://www.king5.com/article/news/local/ganja-glut-excess-weed-growers-seek-interstate-sales/281-85ad1230-afd0-431b-99b5-38acdb2af1ea

    Puffco Proxy

I'm curious to hear from proxy users if they think it'd be a good fit for me. I'm not into big rips, want something from which I can get a session-like experience: load ~.07g wax, get lots of cool(ish) hits. I've been happily using my mighty concentrate pad for this, but am suffering from VAS...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

there's been a lot of improvement in all-convection in recent years, but maybe hybrid (conduction/convection) got about as good as it can get. people really had to split hairs to discern any difference between the mighty and the mighty+; if S&B couldn't noticeably improve their own 'flagship'...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

sometimes a manufacturer just gets it right. I've had an OG mighty for 8 years and it still works great. from everything that I've read on this forum, there isn't another vape that checks all the boxes for me. maybe I'm wrong, but what other vape does all this? - almost no learning curve - can...

    Puffco proxy vs. evolv cricket

the only concentrate you might want to avoid with the mighty is live resin; it's pretty runny. I tried it once and there was a noise like someone with phlegm in their throat the next time I used it; it only happened once, cleared up - I suspect some LR got down into the heating element.

    Puffco proxy vs. evolv cricket

I don't use the sandwich method or capsules, just smear the wax on top of the concentrate pad, vape @ 190-210ºC. it helps to let it 'cook' for 30-40 sec. after it reaches temperature, so the warm-up time's actually a bit more than 2 min. I think it works great - definitely better than my linx...

    Puffco proxy vs. evolv cricket

this is a bit off-topic, but might be of interest to you. I use my mighty all the time for vaping wax (and hash) in public places. it's very discreet (I think most people think I'm vaping e-juice), plus you can load a fair amount (e.g. .07g), which produces ~12-15 hits, and clean-up is easy. no...
