The funny thing is Some commercial rosin makers have gone back to their hair irons after using different model presses. The hair iron c clamp/vice is still highly ranked in my book.

I'm messing around with Pnumaetic press and it's almost effortless making a gram of rosin in a few minutes. .85g from 3.7g"of flower. Pressing 4grams at a time is real nice. Still dialing in tech though.

This is something I saw firsthand in person. Friend wasted $60 on these. The problem is the material used to stitch the pouches together is fuzzy and can/will become damaged and degraded (even after 1 pressing), basically putting lint in the rosin. Not to mention the strands of filament...

That stuff was made from hours old scissor and finger hash. The yield was very high. 180*F extracts real nice with high quality hash. A friend recommended the temperature. Can probably even go lower temp with a longer dwell time. I have not messed with pressing any super fresh flower yet.
