Not sure you saw my reply...but a very very thin film of oil (organic oil ... grapeseed or some such will eliminate this issue). Grapeseed oil for example has no smell (to my schnoz) and is edible so zero toxicity risk. And the film of oil is practically imperceptible so it has zero impact on...

Thanks for this feedback guys. Yeah, if they sit for a while they’ll tend to form a bond with the cap. I think i have a solution for this via a totally new design. As usual I underestimate how long it takes to complete a design so I’m very delayed but we are making progress.
