Before you try recalibrating, try slightly bending that metal contact point so it hits the top metal piece when screwed together tight. Once I did that, I discarded the foil altogether.

Does anyone have a Crossing Core 2.x unit as well as the Pockety? I’m curious if they’re comparable units and which might be the better option.

I’m curious. What do you like about the Orbit over the Cylo? The terp pearls? Also, since you have both, can you check to see if the Orbit heater/ top will screw into the Cylo battery? That would be best of both IMO.

I’d reply to them that their response is not satisfactory and also mention your health concerns as well. I have purchased a number of vapes from this company in the past and i would be surprised if they don’t replace this unit. Maybe @LesPlenty can assist with communication to their team?

Yeah I was waiting for some reviews from members as well, but I found the Yocan Cylo thread and took the plunge as the price and limited reviews look promising on that unit. If the Aeris has more to offer then I may jump on this one as well in the future as it looks like it’s sold out for now.
