…uhhhmmm… Little More Patience please… Portugal delivers tons of weed to the rest of Europe, but if you ask polite, they look at you like an alien. Even with prescription. so if you ever try it like me stay 500 km south on the Canaries and you will be happy. But the island madeira is really...

With pleasure. Tomorrow I'm flying to the island of Madeira, Portugal. I think I'll have enough time and material there to post a video. A little patience please. ;)

Ready with woodwork. Four different heater sizes. All work great. Every little beast here got it*s own story, taste, behaviour. ;) Enjoy.

... Sinotimer MT-S ( I love the white and blue digits - and hate the grey housing ;) ) or this ...or else- exchanged the mechanical relay (the clicking sound is annoying - while "r" is 1 in my settings) and trigger a 8a-SSR with the SSR outputs. My first build, with a Shelly1 inside... the...

from my research the simpelst explanation is: D predicts the future in seconds. "What would that temp be from my information now in 3 seconds?" I use it after I tuned the P and the I. Meanwhile my wired 25mm long heater got a "don't burn your fingers"-housing and a wrap with a 0.3mm...

I tried another stem. 8.5mm OD. It takes way longer to produce vape in my 14mm chamber. Taste ist not comparable; of course with many draws at rising temps I get many terpene profiles. 10 draws +. My 13mm stem gives 3 to 5 good tokes with less restriction. With those high temps I use the vapor...

That is my decision point too...50mm heater length...OK. Now I am at 20mm heating chamber, cool! But how to build a housing?! I am old and shaky ;). While yours are getting longer mine get shorter. I really have to try out your style. EDIT: You know what I mean? ;)

same here. 0.9 to 1mm wall thickness ... is thin. I am looking for 1.5mm/1.8mm or even 2.5mm. a lot more glas to heat... in my scenario no big deal. It is really a challenge getting the materials. I know now how wonderland has to look like... Right now I am thinking about...

That is true for the BAKX too. But "all in" is not "very hot". At this point with the Senger I am at just lees than 15 mm ,from tip to stopper, dipping in. My Senger-Tube is 35mm total length. So it is not really in the middle. Maybe: Less glass to heat. I try to imagine what the air path would...

@Highvaper Yes, the glass is one of those things. I'm currently using ID 10 mm. Wall thickness 1.5 mm. The Bakx stems are a bit thinner and have a wall thickness of less than 1 mm. I have experienced condensation on the glass in every system so far. I think you will always end up with...

Cool development. In the meantime, I have optimized and minimized my system. (almost) no "warming up" when warm (don't need to heat soak the herb/stem). Fast heat up. 1-2min sessions. Full extraction. Small footprint. Der Senger / The Singe.

It is no real secret... but took me a lot of trial and errors with material. 0.03X100X1000mm SSL 304 here - It is like a foil, tried to cut 10mm wide stripes got 11mm. 0,295ohms. I would post my material file, but I am still fiddling...more material test to come. @highvaper: You can wrap it...

ordering process... ;) ... come to me little picos.... I can imagine a pretty pico desktop/portable with a hardwired heater (or the 5 pin PID plug). RotaryKnobDisplay (Aliexpress) MosFetModule (Aliexpress). To keep the volt range. I have them in stock.

That sounds really nice. Soldering is OK, my coding is bad. Assistance... please. My tube is still a 16mm tube, maybe that went under the radar.

Spot welding...cool idea. I wanted to avoid soldering about the temps like you, thanks for the hcl reminder. The screw things clamps are a good heat insulation at least for short time... if this oven is hot for a longer time EVERITHING is hot. ;) I have now bought an M7 0.5 tap and cut the...

Thank you. OHMS is one of those things. The part is just a prototype. I tried to implement it beforehand with cables and crocodile clips. Unfortunately that doesn't work, I had to learn. At the moment, my heating element has something around 0.3 ohms. So first finish building, then the ohms...

What 510 "socket" do you use? It is so crazy to find a "processable" 510 MALE connector. The RDA options are way to big. I found one that works for me so far - not really solid. 510-soldering.
