i definitely have the old version, the mouthpiece comes out bery easily. Was it just the mouthpiece that has changed or were there other improvements in the new version? Should i send this one back or could i just buy a new mouthpiece if it irritates me? Tia

The tolerances in glass are incredibly wide. Any mass produced item you can expect up to 2mm. Of course you can have tiny tolerances but it very quickly gets wildly expensive to accchieve.
