Sorry about that, I did check each one but a few could’ve slipped though. What was wrong? The center of the spring was not below the 2 posts?

Reloads are dye-anodized, neither of the colors match exactly. Don’t try it without a fine point tweezer, I couldn’t find a tool just as good. Yes

Yeah that's also fine. The pointer should go a bit further with zirc balls if it's set up like that. You could also check the calibration by releasing the middle of the spring from the 2 posts, pushing the pointer to the starting position and checking the angle of the middle of the spring. It...

Yes that looks good. Please send a picture of the tempest head in the wand adapter from the side.

I can't see the pictures but it could be that your adapter is set too deep. 3rd line is usually combustion. If everything is installed correctly then the pointer can be adjusted by SLIGHTLY bending the middle of the spring. Only bend it where the 2 red lines meet, the center should stay...

Firedog case This is what I'm using, will be a bit tight with extra batteries. Wand, reload, tempest with leather case - just about fits perfectly.

I haven’t been able to prepare proper stock for them yet , but by the looks of it I might not be able to by the time I would get to it. The next shipment is at customs right now, might arrive tomorrow and likely...

Could you please measure it again after a few weeks? The disc changes slightly with use, it might get quicker. You can break it in quicker if you overheat it slightly with an empty bowl a few times Yes it can get stuck and you’ll need yo pull up the spring

I think the magnet might be pulling on the click disc that’s closer to it and won’t let it click back. It’s usually around 5 minutes on mine.

It’s possible that they click at the same time, however they usually separate a little after some use.

Screw off the indicator housing on the Reload and pull up the outer side of the spring. Make sure that the outer side is touching or almost touching the inner wall of the housing all around. The spring compressed too much from the extra heat and got stuck in the lip / shelf thingy on the inside...

Try to aim slightly closer to the bowl and stop at the click or heat from further away. Less or no tamping can also help

No, just a specific weight that you can find in the manual for each type. The balls can vary in size slightly.

Fill it until just below the bowl screen threading, you have to be able to screw down the screen completely until the end of the thread.
