I went to use my kiss cart (7.4v) and the persei seems like it is working fine but the cart won't fire I think I might have fried the kiss cart? Can anyone tell me how to check with my multi meter and what it should read. Thanks

Has anyone used 91% ISO to soak and clean kiss carts? Or is this to low of a percent if so where do I find higher percent ISO. Thanks
