That's exactly what we do with the long stem, drawing until the heat hits the tongue, then let go and draw it all through. That's a lot of breath, where we could draw for 20 seconds with VM, with Mi, I can get 6 seconds. So much more airflow! Makes me feel like my lungs are lacking! Poor husband...
