Sorry to hear that. Seems like a majority of people get their unit in a couple weeks or so. Unless you were talking about accessories, those seem to take quite some time.

I got my TM March 7. Which is the new board but turning unit off is sometimes 3 clicks sometimes a bunch. Turning on is 3 clicks almost always.

New TM owner. Mine blinks red when using is this normal and if so anyway to turn off ? You can see it blinking around the stem. Little distracting watching movie in dark room. Mine normally turns on with 3 clicks but turning off is a crap shoot. Some time 3 clicks some times just keep clicking...
