I got mine today. Works great with the Tempest! The bangers are of poor quality (the joints look just ready to snap off) and one of the heating cups arrived cracked. The Wand is heavy and not very portable compared to even a large 4-jet cigar lighter but it is nice not to have to worry...

If the temp is so high that the rosin is dripping, it is not top quality... but probably OK. If I had a home I would probably buy a Graveda press because the actual professional gear is actually expensive.

I seem to remember a negative experience in the past with this company but no details... Anyway, IMO you don't really want resin dripping out unless you like quantity over quality....
