Okay so I just broke my Air Stem, and while perusing the interwebs for an Air Water pipe adapter, I decided I kind of want the Lotus (primarily for water).

Now im completely satisfied with my Air, but the price for two WPA stems would be almost half as much as the Lotus + WPA.

I dont want to get the Lotus if Ill end up using my Air more though...

So basically, stick with the Air or pay extra to get the Lotus?

I've got both the Air and the Lotus.

Few thoughts for you - I suggest buying the new "Black Lotus" High temp cap - it's much more durable and can't be killed due to over-heating (which happens often with newbies learning how the lotus works).

The Lotus is nothing like the Air - it actually works BEST when you use as little herb as possible (in my experience - 4-5 flakes of ground herb is enough!). And you can start/finish a session in under 20 seconds from a cold-start using the Lotus.

You still have at least one Air stem, correct? If you can still use the vape, you can make an adapter to fit over the standard dry stem. Why not have both vapes and enjoy the best of both worlds

My vote is for the Black Lotus, there's no comparison between the two. One is like driving an automatic Volvo, and the other is a standard Ferrari 438. The Volvo is easy, everyone can do it - the Ferrari takes a bit of practice before you can take it from 0-60 in 3.1 seconds

Funny story, a couple months ago all my vapes were either broken or being sent for warranty and all I had was the Lotus. The Lotus was holding me over for a month straight as my only vape. It works great, and the flavor and cloud production is good. Though, After a month, I was still waiting on my other vapes to come back in the mail which was taking awhile. I got a little tired of using the Lotus because I just wanted a nice relaxing session coming home from work. Using the lighter for multiple uses a night got a little tiring and time consuming so I bought an Air. I was pretty happy with the air because I was looking for an automatic session. Though now that most of my vapes are repaired and I've acquired new ones, the air is collecting dust and I may sell. The lotus has also been dormant.

Though, directly compared to each other I like the Lotus more than the Air because its fully convection which gives a better taste, and the cloud production is better. Especially though water the Lotus is way more capable. I'd say if you don't mind using the torch lighter and getting down the technique get a Lotus. Especially if the Air is your only vape.

Also, if the Air needs to be repaired the Lotus will always be there.

Wow, the Lotus sounds perfect for me! Yeah I still have the all glass stem, so ill probably use the Air for dry sessions and the Lotus for water pieces.

If you dont mind me asking, what vapes do you use most now? And yeah, the Air is my only vape so sounds like the Lotus is the way to go

For home use I mostly use the enano. If i'm going to a friend's place I'd bring the Firefly, Air or Haze. I mostly vape at home though so I'm using the enano 90% of the time. The reason behind that is because it uses a very tiny amount of material and through water it really milks a bubbler. The lotus is my back up, though I don't use it often partly because I need a new cap. The lotus can get pretty similar results to the nano, theres no going wrong with a lotus.

I tried a butane vaporizers and I don't want to be bothered with using a lighter. I want to have the ease of sitting back and enjoying a session. It's personal preference on my part. I have the Arizer Air and love using it because it's easy. I guess I'm the lazy vaporist,

I love using my Air with the D020 bubbler. I bought my adapters through Planetvape for my Air. You can get one through PIU pretty cheap.

I hated the MFLB - too much hassle for me. I gave it away to my old black market dealer who gave me many years of service as a gift. It was barely used but maybe 3 times. Some people love the MFLB. Everyone is different as to what they like.

I am seriously looking at the Haze vaporizer. I never have used one but have been investigating that nice little unit with the 10'year warranty - wow a very nice feature to have.

Out and about or sitting back - Air
Best water tool compatibility and fast tasty huge hits - Lotus/WPA

Both have their spots. If you like water, the Lotus is a better fit.
