I have read thru this thread and I don't recall if anyone else had this happen. If so, whadja do??

I remember someone saying it didn't turn green and got too hot, but they also said it was only once. I think I've seen it too but I might be wrong: sometimes if it seems like my Pax is taking a long time to heat up I push the MP in until it turns white and sometimes it comes back on green.... A sad day! Pax has bit the dust (or at least has to be sent in) I'm gonna miss the little guy while he is gone for sure. I have been using it about twice daily and cleaning it every second day. This time I took it off of the charger and went to have a sesh
and it just pulsed purple and never heated up
. I went on CS Chat and they sent me a label to send E.T. back home
Hope I get it (or a replacement) back with the quickness to relieve my sickness...

Fantastic! I was trying to find that out! Now I just need to know what sort of lubricant to use. I have a huge tube of food grade silicon grease. I can't imagine too many other options they'd use that wouldn't get nasty. The smallest touch goes underneath that little moving ring (lubricating it's motion against the vapor tube)
I have an account there too from when I helped do the Omicron page. The pax doesn't require THAT level of instruction but you're right and a cleaning tips page would be a nice, short answer to 90% of the problem posts in this thread... thanks for taking the initiative!Hey Paxers? Paxites? Paxos? Paxi? Paxalaxadingdongs?
As a Pax owner and fan, I have come to find out what most other Pax owners have found out: this little vape is a wonderful but finicky device that requires a lot of love and care. I also know that it can be super frustrating for new users, and as great as everyone is here to help out, trying to pour through 240+ pages of information can be overwhelming and frustrating.
With all that in mind, I asked for and got permission to edit the Pax page on Vaporpedia because I really think this vape especially could use a central place for user information. I love this little vape, but I can totally see why people could be turned off to it if they don't know how to care for it.
I've been editing the page these last couple days, so all of you regulars here, please go by and check it out. What should we add? Do I have anything inaccurate or confusing? Let me know what you think.
In the meantime, start directing people there for the basic information. I'm going to link the page in my sig as well.

Thanks for the work, it looks great. The details look fine to me after a quick read. I did make a couple of minor changes to reposition the images a little better.

Thanks man! I could not for the life of me figure out how to position those images correctly. I also like the additions you made. That's what I call teamwork!
I am wondering if we should add the info Bluntcrush provides above from Ploom, or is it too early? Do we know yet what kind of lubricant is necessary and whether we can get it readily available from local sources?
I am trying to understand why blowing in the mouthpiece makes any difference. At first I was skeptical that it worked at all, but when I tried it I found that it did work a lot but not all of the time. Now Pax is suggesting that a light lube of the little moving ring is the cure. Surely I'm not the only one wondering how that fixes the problem..
