USPS blows. One device is still showing "USPS picked up item" in Stockton (28 July). The other is "Moving Through Network" with no current location and the most recent being Sacremento as of 30 July. But they are both supposedly getting here tomorrow. SMH.

Mine has landed! Topping off the charge and cleaning now but I was curious if the recessed area on the top of the cap was meant to hold pearls while you clean the device? It seemed to be able to drop into there pretty simply and only dumps back into the chamber when you close that part of the cap.
I never used pearls with my Pivot so this will be a new experience. Looking forward to testing time tonight!

Edit 2: Now I regret trimming my nails because I can't open the chamber access cap that flips up. It is nice that you can remove the whole mouthpiece to get there as an alternative for those who consistently groom better than me though.

Well my first session melted my face. Only commenting now because I can finally see straight.
I am quite happy with the punch, but the flavor seemed a bit muted. I tried a new strain so I dont know if it was that or the device vs the Pivot I enjoy daily. More experimenting is necessary.
They definitely have different signatures.

I find the flavour and overall vape quality to be far superior to the Pivot without the hot silicone mouthpiece (haven't tasted silicone on the Pocket) What temp are you running? I find the flavour sometimes gets more intense with some heat.
The Puffco seems to run hotter. I kind of felt the same difference when I got my Carta compared to Peak Pro. Pretty sure it has to do with the difference in the coils. Since the Puffco's lack the bottom floor coil heating, it likely requires more heat on the sidewalls.
I'm well over 30 dabs in now, and i'm still over the moon with this little thing! At this point with my Pivot it would be spitting up gross reclaim, but with the Pocket it's almost like it's self cleaning lol. A simple iso wipe, 5s dry burn, and it's like new. Cloud 3 Coil is KING.
Have you gotten any feedback on smell? I noticed this tossed vapor out near the end of the 10 second heat cycle a lot more than the Pivot but I didnt think much of it until I got absolutely bitched out by my wife saying my son is even spraying ozium and they smelled it as soon as they walked in the house. Not ideal!

That was a very unexpected and sad thing and I can't figure out if the Pocket is just a less discreet device from a smell perspective in use or if I was too messed up from the first round to properly get a negative air pressure setup in the room I used.

@mcscruffy you can put your finger over the carb hole to stop it but then it just comes out of the mouthpiece! I think if you time it just right you should be good! lol. Do you use a smoke buddy or something for the exhales?
I still can't believe the rips i'm getting off a nice little glob. At 530 as long as you keep the draw slow and steady you can get some seriously huge rig hits that still taste incredible and are super efficient without any splash or mess in the chamber. I think the 3mm ruby has something to do with it too because the included boro pearls don't work as well.
It also charges up pretty quick! Not supposed to use a fast charger but I still do. It does feel a touch warm on the charger, regardless of which one I use.

I’ll check that out whenever the post office decides to deliver mine, was scheduled for today, but that’s not happening.
For real though, this is easy to clean for you? I'm a dozen or so sessions in and it seems messier than what I've used before (trying to get away from comparisons because we should have a separate thread for that I'm realizing).
I've tried small pea sized to a decent little glob that is between 2 and 3 rice grains. It handles it well but my gosh it splashes. Regardless if I do it at like 20% draw as I do with another or anything else short of slurping it gets out of the chamber and up into the inner areas of the mouthpiece (the flip up area with the pearl holder too).
I have tried different sessions at what I'd call 20% inhale force up to about 70% and all of it ends up with spillage. This seems wasteful and I still having tried other familiar strains find this muted in flavor.
But man it is the clear leader for this type of concentrate vape for the level of punch! It was a bit confusing because prior to using this I didnt have as much oil leftover (I've tried 510-542) regardless of dab size. It is confusing because there's more left behind as liquid but it hits like you cleared all that and then some... I dunno if that makes sense. Very fucked up rn.
Oh yeah this is after 8ish bowls (2 were larger than I've done in my other items) earlier following two dry burns at 540 and many swabs:
I'm a bit concerned about the longevity of these ovens with that seam and no other drainage point when they get iso soaks. I get what you mean by these may not be for iso soaking.
Still I love it overall aside from my wife dropping me down a peg or two last night.
Edit: missed it earlier but yeah at home I use a sploofy pro which i think is the best overall and also have smoke hunter and smoke buddy. I think it was other things as a result of being so fucked up because I also had a strong IPA and don't drink as much as I used to.

@mcscruffy what are you using for a pearl? When I used the included boro one it splashed and felt hot. Do you use a gemstone pearl like ruby or sapphire? My money is on either that or your draw. If you speed up even a touch and it's not a consistent steady draw you can spillover if your dab is too big. Didn't take me long to figure it out since i've had a cricket before and this is similar for draw but MUCH more forgiving.
I'm using a 3mm zirc from my Tempest 2 kit (I think... tbh not sure but it was white to start)
I've tried a lot of draw intensities but ultimately i think around 50% of a full power inhale seems about right. It doesn't splash any more than a shorter draw and my gosh i had about a 2 rice grain glob I just did that I stretched to two 45 second sessions and got over a dozen full cloud type hits. I kept saying "wow." This thing rocks but yeah the lack of flavor compared to others I stand by so far.
I apparently lost my 3mm ruby bag but if I look through the carpet enough I might find one from an incident many months ago. I think I should try that to be on the same setup as you so there's a control of sorts.
Again, to be clear, I love this thing. It is powerful as fuck... I don't know how else to say that. If a different pearl helps (I still haven't tried it without one... maybe tomorrow) I'll give it a try but it wins on everything but that so far in this category for me. I will be using it a lot!
