I think this is a big part of what drives the VAS within some of us. When you get a vape that nails it in most categories and satisfies every aspect, it's great for a long while, but then you start getting bored from the consistency, and then VAS rears its ugly head. Especially for vapes such as these higher-end or artisanal vapes which are generally bought by experienced vapers. I don't buy a new vape because I'm in desperate need of a device. I have a whole cavalcade of vapes in the closet. It's that new experience, that new twist that keeps me exploring and buying and exploring and buying. It's an expensive hobby, but the health benefits are worth it.
From my brief experience, the Bowle is a top of it's class vape which will platoon nicely with my TM2. I got bored with the perfect extractions of the TM2 every day and wanted something with similar flavor extraction, ease of use, and coolness of vapor (expecially dry). I also need to use a portable device. I think these two will keep me entertained for a while. I sure as fuck hope so, for the price of this bad boy.
But I totally agree that the customer service is top-notch and that goes a long way in feeling good about such a purchase.
I will probably never use the cup, but I love how you can leave it out and it doesn't look like anything related to vaping or smoking.
