Absolutely! I have an awesome split-caddy design for the Satchmo:

I already took the complete measurements of the FW8 capsules before returning it so it wouldn't be hard to work up a custom order for you. Although given the dimensions, it might store more than 8 capsules.... unless you want me to try only two rows of capsules (maybe one side for fresh and other slot for used capsules).
I wouldn’t mind space for fresh and a drop through for empties since there’s so much room in the bottom under the caddy. Is that feasible? How many do you think it would hold if you did something like that?

So I did a quick mockup of 4 FW8 capsules in the container and it looks like 4 is just a smidge too tall in the current setup:

However I think if I adjust base thickness, I can compensate for that (this would slightly reduce durability of the finished product, but I should still be able to print 3-4 layers for the base so it should be durable enough)

So it looks like a split satchmo caddy for 2 columns would hold a total of 8 capsules which I don't know will be very common.

I'm tempted to make a custom top-plate for the FW8 loading tray so one could easily swap out the loading tray plate for a storage plate to hold 4 capsules nice and neat with the herb contained in the device

There's a few ways I could go - all a question of how durable and compact you want the product to be. I did make a flexible slim pill-case which I could modify to hold 4 capsules in a row:

But I don't know if that would be overkill for the project.

Would 4 work in something more like the debowler? With space below to hold empties?

This is what I'm thinking for the satchmo container insert. This design would hold 8 capsules (4 in each row). Plus tons of extra storage space for anything else

Although I'm open to other suggestions/requests :-)

@Delta3DStudios - would it be possible to make a pax case that is a few mm shorter for the new Pax Mini? The width is exactly the same, the height is 5 mm shorter.
If not, I guess I could just stuff something into the bottom of a regular sized one to keep it from rattling, but I’d rather have the correct size.
TIA

FYI I think yes, when I placed order for TM stem case, I wrote in the notes that I wanted it to be a certain length instead, and without question Mike delivered as he always does!

What is the diameter of the capsule chambers?
For FW4 but will MiniVAP Flexicone modules fit.
Flexicones are about 3/4”, without a caliper measurement, just eyeballin it.

Absolutely - just shoot me a private message and I'll send over payment instructions so you can help me beta-test to confirm the revised design fits as intended.

That FW8 split caddy has two rows which are approximately 14.85mm in diameter. Of course as always I can customize any caddy to fit your needs :-)

Hey everyone! Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season. Things were a bit slow for my small business, so I took the opportunity to dive into some new R&D projects. As always, there's more in the pipeline than I have time to finish, but I'm excited to share some of my latest creations with you.

Over the past few weeks, I've published a few new widgets to the website, including a cupholder mount for the Mighty+, an 18mm urchin stand, Pax Mini charging dock and case, and a TinyMight2 slim case. I'm also working on some accessories for the Airvape Legacy Pro, and a caddy for the Zeus Arc.

In addition, I've partnered with an up-and-coming Glassblower @Hookahhead_MD to bring you their Dynavap Vapcap 14mm Carb'd WPA. If all goes well, I hope to add more of their products to the storefront in the future. I love supporting fellow small businesses who make their products in America, so if you know anyone else who should be on my radar, please let them know to contact me!

Finally, I'm thrilled to share that I've started working with a new stainless steel metal 3D printing technology to create a series of mouthpieces and stems for the TinyMight (and TinyMight2). These steel metal pieces feature design elements like heatsink fins to dissipate heat, and a helical twisted vapor path internally to cool vapor before hitting your lips.

I'm currently working on a 55mm-long metal stem that will have a longer cooling path and maybe an 18mm segment so it can also be used as a WPA or mouthpiece. I also have several other cooling unit internal designs, including a Zig-Zag pattern, that I'll be releasing later. Users will be able to customize the amount of cooling and draw resistance based on personal preferences once I have the key dimensions finalized.

Here's a sneak peek of the new mouthpiece for the TM2, which connects to the standard 55mm stem using high-temp o-rings for an air-tight friction fit:

I'm hoping to print a few prototypes over the next week or two. If anyone would like to help me beta-test these new TinyMight stem (or mouthpiece) designs, please shoot me a message.

Thanks for your continued support and here's to an exciting year ahead! :science:

Greetings, everyone!

What a whirlwind these past two months have been, especially with the eventful 4/20 holiday season. We made it though, and I hope you all had a fantastic time celebrating and enjoying the good vibes. As we transition into the slower summer months, I finally have the time to focus on what I love most: research and development!
:science:

Speaking of which, I have some thrilling news to share regarding the new "FinTwist" cooling mouthpiece for the TinyMight vaporizer. We've made significant progress! After tinkering and fine-tuning to meet all the design guidelines, I'm thrilled to announce that we've successfully 3D printed a functional prototype using high-grade 316 Stainless Steel.

Check out these images of the prototype in all its glory:

Initial tests have shown that the draw restriction is lower than anticipated, which should have a positive impact on physically cooling down the vapor. However, I suspect it might clog up quickly and require cleaning with solvents like ISO alcohol, and possibly even an ultrasonic cleaner.

I'm currently tweaking the fit to ensure it's just right (it's just a smidge too tight for my comfort on my 55mm stem, which has an 11.775mm ID). But here's the exciting part: I'm now accepting pre-orders for anyone who would like to help beta-test and provide feedback. Since these mouthpieces are printed off-site, there will be approximately a 5-week wait for the next batch of inventory (hopefully sooner, as they are also entering their slow season).

If you're interested in pre-ordering, simply add the item to your shopping cart using the following link:
https://delta3dstudios.com/tinymight-fintwist-mouthpiece/

But wait, there's more! This is just the beginning. I've also recently completed a 14mm E-Nano Water Pipe Adapter (compatible with both the original Nano and the NXT) printed in stainless steel, which I'll be unveiling soon.

Furthermore, there's a 55mm stainless steel stealth stem for the TinyMight in the print queue. It features an internal helix twist to help cool the vapor. It has successfully passed manual inspections of the model, and now we're moving on to the printing phase to see how it turns out.

I must say, I'm extremely pleased with the quality of these steel printed parts. It's a delight to bring more products to the market as I become more comfortable with the design restrictions such as wall thicknesses and tolerances. I want to express my deepest gratitude for all the support I've received over the years. My business wouldn't exist without the word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied people around the world sharing their experiences. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me, so please don't hesitate to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you all once again for your incredible support. Exciting things are on the horizon, and I can't wait to share them with you!

Hey everyone!

🍂 Feels like a breath of fresh air with fall settling in after that scorching summer. 🌞

Despite a serious health scare earlier this summer, I've been keeping busy these past few months diving into various projects and exciting collaborations. 🛠️ One of the most significant endeavors I've been involved in took over a year to come to fruition – a collaboration between @Sneaky Pete and @JyARz !

Together, we've designed an insert for the popular Jyarz Big Papi container, specially designed to hold a 2-way humidity pack like a boostpack or boveda pack in the lid. 🌿

The initial concept was straightforward, but making it a reality was a real challenge. It involved working with an aerospace engineering firm to build a die punch to create custom-sized airtight gaskets, replacing the OEM gasket while preserving that all-important airtight seal. After a slew of designs and prototypes, I'm thrilled to introduce the HumidiNook lid pocket! Now available for purchase. 🚀

Boostpack_Insert1__35160.1693498441.1280.1280.png

And the tinkering doesn't stop there. I've also rolled out a new caddy insert for TightVac 0.12L "Minivac" containers, currently offered in two sizes: for Storz & Bickel, and Small-capsules (designed to accommodate various smaller dosing capsules up to 11.50mm). These caddies feature a spacious pocket to stash extra material, spare capsules, tools – you name it. Personally, I'm loving this size for my own needs!

20230916_113641__44657.1694901701.1280.1280.png

In other news, I'm on a mission to clear out some slightly blemished inventory. While these items may have minor surface imperfections, they're still fully functional. So, I'm offering a whopping 50% off on various products around the website, some of which include S&B Dosing Capsule Loading Trays and 0.06L Tightvac Capsule Caddy inserts (SB, POTV One, POTV One Split). Note that you'll receive a random color, so I can't guarantee matching your request. This offer is for a limited time and available while supplies last. Expect more blemished options on other listings in the coming weeks as I continue to make space on my shelves. 🛒

I want to express my deep gratitude for your unwavering support, through all the highs and lows. We've weathered many storms over the past few years, but I've rediscovered a spark that's been missing for a while. I'm genuinely excited to dive back into innovation and create some exciting new things. 🌟

Speaking of which, I'm always on the lookout to expand my collection. If you have any suggestions, please send them my way! And if you happen to have any dead or defective gear you'd like to donate for test-fitting components (functional gear not needed), shoot me a message. I'll gladly cover shipping costs and offer some credit/goodies in return for your invaluable assistance! 📦💡

Thanks again for being part of this incredible journey. Here's to new beginnings and endless innovation. Cheers! 🥂:science:

Happy October all! 🎃 The weather feels absolutely spectacular right now. I can't resist opening the window and soaking in the refreshing autumn breeze! 🌬️

Things in the studio are heating up as usual for this time of year. First off, I'm excited to announce a new wholesale partnership in Australia. Our inventory will be hitting shelves down under before the end of the month. 🌏

And that's not all! I've been burning the midnight oil in the studio, working on some thrilling projects with the new POTV Lobo Vaporizer. 🔥 I've had some extra time on my hands these past few weeks, allowing me to dive deep into R&D for some exciting new endeavors. 🚀 Several days ago I published the POTV Lobo 4x Slot loading tray (any interest in a larger loading tray for 12/16 slots?), along with a 0.006L Tightvac Lobo Caddy (capable of holding up to 26 Lobo capsules!). Keep an eye out for the upcoming 0.12L TightVac caddy! 🚀

But wait, there's more! 🎉 I've just released a new air-tight slim-case for the Lobo with the glass mouthpiece. Curious about an oversized case with slots for extra batteries and capsules? Let me know your thoughts! 🔋

Oh, and I've also completed work on a mint-tin insert designed to snugly hold some Lobo capsules and a spare battery. Keep your eyes peeled as it'll be available in the next few days. ⏳

Stay tuned because I've got some other exciting surprises up my sleeve over the next few weeks! More updates are on the way, so make sure you don't miss a beat! 🌟

Thanks for doing what you do!

I'd love to see a larger capsule loader! 12 seems like it'd strike a balance between maximizing the number of caps while not having it be a huge widget.

I have no need for a bigger case as I use a velcro smell proof bag for carry.

I am waiting to place my order until all your Lobo widgets have been released. It sounds like you have some surprises in store, so I'll wait and see. (And cross my fingers for a 12 cap loader!)

Awesome!

I'll be publishing two or three things this weekend - I can certainly do a larger 12-slot loading tray as well :)

SEARCH for the treasure...
First up, we have the all-new HumidiNook insert designed specifically for Mason Jars

I like the idea. I mostly use ALL WIDE MOUTH Mason jars, easier to get in/out.
QUESTION: Is there any reason the packet holder insert has to be so DEEP?
Just judging by the online photos.
If you look at a C-Vault, the packet holder is very thin, just enough room for two Bovida packs, leaves more room for the actual contents.

Great question!

Yes indeed the reason for this is due to the size of the lid on a regular-mouth mason jar. The diameter was too small and i needed it deeper if i wanted space for different moisture packs like the boveda packs. Originally the first prototypes were much thinner but didn't work out with larger moisture packs.

That said, if wide-mouth mason jars are more your speed, i could absolutely hunt around for some air-tight lids and design an insert for those lids, just let me know

I had spaced off on asking this but the recent discussion of your new mason jar version reminded me. It looks like the big papi humidinook lid pocket is not compatible with the partition insert. Is that correct?

Correct yes, the current v1 Big Papi divider does not work with the humidinook. If that's something which interests you, shoot me a message and I can make a v2 divider which is shorter to work with the humdinook insert.
