While working out the details, I think there's a lot of demand for replacement Lotus hot plates. I know I would buy several if someone made them available.

For me, the pipe and wood are a vibe I just love, plus I tend to prefer harsher hits. The WPA is amazing though, no doubt, and my Elev8r loved it. Perfect bowl.

Does anyone know where I can find a lotus? There's none in the classified section (currently) and I am a new member so I cannot post there yet.. I am kinda hoping that there's some random website/store that just happens to have some units they found in storage haha

If just the plate if the material is known you may have to just try to source a small piece of correct thickness and cut it to size.
Or it looks like BMG the maker of Dani Vape may be making a vape that looks quite similar to the Lotus so maybe something from him once that is out? If it comes out.

Just some follow up on the remake. I got straight to work and made some updates / design improvement to the lotus I think you would appreciate. To view these updates and collect your feedback I have create this short survey / please let me know if you have any trouble accessing - been fighting with forms all week.

There is also a section in that survey to order replacement hot-plates for your current lotus ($12 + shipping) with an estimated delivery of end of February / early March. Going to be a limited run, payment process via paypal invoice and not using friends / family.

If I were going to make a vape based on the lotus, I would be less worried about the patent and more worried about the trademark. Would not come with in a million miles of the word "lotus".

Why not save yourself the money and design a vape that functions the same (heat while hitting, with an isolated airpath and fast heatup time)? Then you can put the money you would otherwise spend on getting the rights to the patent on production.
Hell, PM me and I can give you a design that does exactly this and is very different from the lotus.
