TinyMight / TM 2

StonedMaster

Stoned Master
Still testing my new tinymight1 and very pleased with performance
But I have some questions because I have no other unit to compare.

My Button is loose - like there is some play before pressing.
My device buzzes when heating like no other vape I ever used.
The stem is really Hard to Insert, Tried some hemp wax on the o Ring.

Is all of that normal?

Sadly my glass had a minor imperfection and the top aluminium had a scratch when delivered.

But I can look over that because of the huge demand for the manufacturer.

Yes all normal, the button is a lot better on TM2 as is the buzzing on my unit.....with regards to the tube insert being tight, try loosening the circular gromit/metal ring thingy the tube goes into a bit.

Carved some grips into the TM2. Still need to finish and repolish but you get the idea. Didn't go too deep as the walls are pretty think already but makes it much less like a bar of soap in the hands  As much as I like the shape and feel of the TM it's a slippery thing once you polish it up a bit.

beads will hold heat better than pills. the ratio between volume:surface area is better with beads. but, it will still cool the vapor... and it looks unique, so I'd get it
I have an HA term pill stem and the Ed's TNT with boro glass beads. I prefer the HA for it's wide open draw. The Ed's TNT with boro beads does cool a little bit better. But because of the beads, it doesn't hit as wide open as the HA. I'm sure if you remove the beads from the TNT stem there would be zero draw resistance., but then you would lose the cooling effect of the beads of course.

I put my lips on the wood. When I close my lips i get a bitter taste with the aroma of my summer glamping trip.

I did try to push through it now and it got slightly better.

I had the exact same experience. The wooden HA mouthpiece I received has the most unbelievably strong wood taste whenever you try to use it. You can taste the wood mixing with the vapor immediately. Every hit tastes like 80% wood and 20% flower. You can't taste your strain at all, it's a very unpleasant taste.

I wonder if the bees wax/hemp oil blend they send would help with that

I also wonder if I can use that wax on the TM2. Tinymight sells bees wax but I’m not sure about the help oil

I'm not sure how much cooling this stem will provide but it's apparently going to be available on AliExpress soon.

Anyone know if you’re able to iso clean/soak the metal basket sleeve that you can remove after unscrewing the top metal ring and after removing the larger O ring?

I ask because I use dosing capsules right now only temporarily but it’s even gotten a tiny bit of residue on it and I’m someone that just likes to keep things as clean as possible so they last.

I looked on the TM website and noticed that they don’t sell the piece that actually looks like the metal lining that holds the stem (kind of looks like a shovelhead for those that have a flowerpot). I only see mesh screens replacements that look like the one that sits at the bottom of the metal tube - is that where it goes?

Guess I’m asking if I can iso bath the entire piece and if the screen ever gets too gunked up if that mesh screen on the website is the replacement piece? If that is - does the screen at the bottom of the metal shovelhead piece pop out from the inside easily? Sorry for the 800 questions.

Edit: This is what I'm talking about.

Will be getting my hands on one of these portable powerhouses pretty soon.
I've enjoyed some of Ed's work on other vapes, but wondering what else is out there in terms of wooden stems for the TM2.
any other recommendationssd

I don't know about the screen but you can definitely ISO soak that entire piece, I did before first use.
