I can be more descriptive.
I really love this style perc more than expected.
My piece is not at pictured in the ad though, and that is the flaw. My mouthpiece connects to the can below where the decal is. It is way too low, as any water pulled into the upper chamber gets pulled up the low mounted stem.

The picture in the advertisement has the mouthpiece attaching at the top of the can, well out of the splash zone as it should be.

Regarding value, I think this piece - if done correctly - would be a steal when it is on sale, but I admit I would not have jumped on it at the $179 retail price.

Have you contacted them at all about that? Seems like they should make it right, or at least try to... You did pay quite a lot, and got not what was pictured... I would at least!

Funny, as I was thinking I might sell mine, since my Biao bent neck single gridded one finally showed up, but I'll have to use it again to be sure bc it has a narrower tube which I think may be a bit more effective though I like the mouthpiece on the bent neck much better...

such a shame about that double honeycomb, not being useful despite being modular? It is so unique though, nothing else I've seen like that, and that mouthpiece, hopefully it can offer some use!

Oh well it depends, I've never sold anything local before like that, I would just posted here and on Reddit, but yeah might be tough to sell them that way if they were super cheap and not that great? Biao piece in particular I figured shouldn't be a big deal to sell, it's hardly used even, they are already reasonably priced from Greek Glass though so I have to take a little bit of a loss I imagine... Yeah for like little recyclers, that were 30 to 40 dollars, I was thinking I would give away to friends and family more likely? Ehh if I sell them most of the benefit would be getting rid of them and not losing too much money? lol

Yeah @jbm they should take care of you, that looks like maybe part of the logo material, a baked enamel which is why it won't come off... If not a burn mark on the glass itself? Sorry you have not had a good experience with them!



Damn dude, that fucking sucks, all of a sudden, you should have ordered months ago when you first asked about it and I suggested them, who knows if it would have worked then though... Yeah nothing else quite like that unfortunately either.

Are you still interested in this one I had shared for you a while back? You could even use it without filling the top perk at all, so it would just add a little extra vapor path cooling, but you could still milk it up maybe even more so than a straight tube for that reason, and you get a nice simple inline perc (shower head style facing down instead of fountain head facing up, which actually will be better for milking and adding a little draw restriction to the tetra in particular)

Otherwise this is almost like my inline to honeycomb, which is great for milking smooth hits, although male joints so you need that female to female, or whatever, and I don't know if you like the critters in there, but there is a large variety like this or this, but make sure it has the wild stemline perk beneath the honeycomb for best use of the honeycomb ... Like this or this one or this one too

So if you're going for a male joint I still think this one is going to be pretty sick function, even with fountain head, the Swiss holes will add a little more restriction and cooling, also milk up nice...

Here are some decent looking color accented shower head rigs from a good seller, like this one or this one or this one or this one is an upline perc shower head actually... All should be great for milking up with the tetra and nano!

Otherwise yeah if you can swing it, go for the GooRoo large inline or 3piece, or better yet the TAG modular super slit donut honestly! Or if you would rather something not modular, TAG also has this nice looking shower head and this nice looking inline...

My pleasure dude, yeah that natty neck does seem worth waiting for, but you might as well get that double perc one while you wait for the FOL natty then, because who knows how long it could be until they will sell them again? I mean shipping could be a little while too, although they are also quite different from each other, to justify owning both

I received a reply that afternoon saying they were in the process of remaking it and I should give them a couple days and they'd ship it by Monday. Today is Tuesday and I've heard nothing since. Haha yeah I've actually done it a few times here though, for one thing the big mouthpiece I use is from my GooRoo orange frit base 3piece, So it is one of their color frit mouthpieces, I actually have two because I broke the joint on the orange one so I bought another that is smaller with less of a bend in aqua blue... This one is great with the 45° angled adapter for leisurely couch rips, you can try to contact them if you want one like it, but they also sell a clear version on the website that has a narrower mouthpiece that might be even better? Although it looks more straight, that isn't going to be a problem if you are using the angled adapter...

The other mouthpiece I am using I've said is from @Vlad the Inhaler who is not too active here, but easier to reach on Instagram @508phineas for his vigreux spiked cooling stems, mine I actually got from vgoodiez, its his larger 18mm female version...

And the adapter I use with that one is a different style 45° angled adapter, both of the adapters were bought from allaccessary and in my posts I linked directly to them if you search in this thread for posts by me that include the seller name?

Oh the drop-down, I actually got the drop-down from GlassManufacturers, a little cheaper, but you have to order two, but if you message them you can request to get to different sizes instead of two identical ones... Can be hit or miss how even they are going to sit though if that matters to you, allaccessary has drop downs that are a little more expensive, but you can buy them singularly, and I do think they seem to be a bit more even at least the one I have? (10 mm to 14 since others don't even have that size) Anyway yes you need 18 mm male to fit into the TAG super slip donut, both of its joints are 18 mm female, the other end of the drop-down is up to you, it depends what you want it to connect to, if you want it to connect to an 18 mm male then yeah you need 18 to 18, but I also like having one that is 18 to 14, so I can use without a reducer.

Maybe just chill and see if they can send you a tracking number for the replacement. They make each piece to order I think so it's normal for it to take some time.

I think there's a big difference between a package getting lost in the mail and sending out a piece with a glaring defect. This is not a case of "shipping angst" and I think it's disingenous of you to claim otherwise. I think I've made 3 posts critical of my customer experience with Gooroo, amidst probably hundreds of posts about how amazing they are. In a situation where a well-run business would have been pre-emptive and communicative, I have had to waste time and energy getting them to acknowledge their mistakes and correct them. I didn't tell them to say that they'd ship it out by Monday. But if I did, and then I didn't, I'd sure as hell make sure I'd contact the customer, the person who gave them money, and update them on it. Now it's Wednesday, and I still haven't heard from them. Should i waste some more time DMing them on IG, sending them email, and calling their answering machine? I'm sorry to have harshed your mellow.

Hmm so it is 11.5 inches tall, half of that is just the mouthpiece though, I do like how the mouthpiece offers you a good view of the vapor through the top since it is on the side, and I like that narrow diameter tip instead of a flared mouthpiece... @Shit Snacks my TAG came in and wow! This is a beautiful piece, such fantastic value just from pure visual standpoint. I am pretty amazed by the glass, their name is accurate because this is some thick ass glass.
