How many times throughout the day do you vape?

Curious. How many times throughout the day do you vape?

For me its once a day. Morning or afternoon and I hit it about 1 or 2 times that's it.

Though I have considered doing it more as im not sure how quickly this wears off or leaves your system?

I use sativa mostly low THC ( under 10 )

I'm still fairly new to this and didn't want to overdo it.

I mostly do it to feel focused and less anxiety.
 
Every 15 to 30 minutes or so from 6:30 to midnightish.
Keeps the nausea from the pharmaceuticals at bay and helps with spasms but mostly its just cuz I like to as it makes life betterer.

Eek. Glad to hear its helping. Its nice to see that folks with medical conditions are able to take advantage of this.
Depends on the vape I use.
VapCap, micro dose, 15-20 times maybe!
Big Hitters maybe 3-5 Times and I'm already baked...:smug:

Don't worry to much about what other people do. Just do what feels right to you. Everyone has different (medical)needs and different tolerances.

Right now i am in a more natural flow that i only take weed when i feel that i need it to reduce stress and i don't use it every day.
I don't know how that happend but suddenly i just started doing that natural flow thing. I used to vape two bowls a day. But now usually i only microdose when i need it. I still use it a few times a week.

Are we counting bowls, sessions, or hits?

Typically I'll fill a bowl with mostly sativa flower before heading out or down the basement to bike in the afternoon, then take two hits before I start to pedal and another two or so hits mid-way through the ride. If its a longer ride, I'll turn up the temp and get two or three more hits out of that one bowl. If I'm not exercising, I typically don't vape until my 4:30pm final half-caf coffee break. Then I'll have a hit or two of concentrates before dinner and two or three two or three hit concentrate sessions in the evening.
 
If you not using indica but sativa only with LOW THC (under 10%). Is there a thing as too many hits. Like with alcohol you learn fast where the line is. For me, if I have 2 that's me. Im done for drink.

I dont know what that line is for cannabis as Im still fairly new to it.

That has been my approach. I don't do it every day as it's not something I need every day.

Since my last post I have had 6 dabs. I've eaten a 200 mg ish edible. Glad I got that figured out. I'll try to keep track as I go forward with the day. But I'm high as fuck right now and we all know how that goes with remembering shit.

During the week, I wait till after work and exercise. I usually start around the time my wife calls O'Wineaclock, 4-5pm, then continue on into the night. Past the seven levels of Candy Cane Forest, through the sea of swirly twirly gumdrops...

Weekends and vacations I try to wait until after lunch.

I'm guessing this thread did not give you much insight @lifeisgoodnow if you were trying to find a definitive answer to how much is too much.

Bottom line is that everyone reacts differently, even to different strains. You'll have to find your own sweet spot, you'll get it wrong a couple of times probably but that's ok, it's part of building your relationship with weed.

I agree you shouldn’t look too much at what the rest of us use and see what works for you. There are a lot of medical users here, a lot of heavy users of all kinds, and a fair amount of serious micro-dosers too.

It is important to know though, the more you use and the more often you use it the higher your tolerance can get.

For some people it gets hard to manage because they use a lot every day and end up having to take breaks to get good effects from even large doses.

For others (like me) keeping my tolerance high enough that I can meet my medical needs without the other effects being more intense than I want can be difficult.

From the first time I ever tried cannabis I went at it a bit hard because that’s what I saw in reviews. It worked, but the first day I got the room spinning and had to sleep. I kept that up for years having just one session (~6 long slow draws of a heavy Indica and probably a 10-15mg edible) once a day before bed and that would knock me out and leave me feeling a lot better the next day. Since I took over a month off of doing that I lost my tolerance and I struggle more with getting the same level of benefits from smaller and more frequent sessions.

For the effects you’re looking for, I’d personally try to keep the doses low and not too frequent so you don’t build a lot of tolerance. You may be surprised at how little you can still feel, and the more you have the more likely it will be to (temporarily) negatively affect your mental abilities. If you feel like it’s too much though, you can just wait longer or use less next time. :)

For those kinds of effects I would also recommend trying CBD and/or other cannabinoids if they’re available where you are. You might look for flower that has both THC and CBD in it or just mix some that’s high in each one. They don’t work the same for everyone, but for me CBD alone can help quite a bit with anxiety and a mix can be great, but THC seems to do better for my physical issues (pain, muscle spasms, etc.)

I hope this thread helps you find what’s best for you, but after reading what works for other people I think you really just have to see what works best for you. Or if you’re happy with it right now, there’s no need to change!

If you’re getting what you want out of it by just having a little once a day, don’t feel like you have to use more. At that level of use your tolerance may never go up and experimenting with more is completely optional. :)

I wake up and hit a rice grain size concentrate then hit the Dynavap one or two times and off to work(I do NOT drive to work when doing so).When I am off work on my Friday I come home hit up the rig again and dab a few times more and hit the Dynavap three to five times more.On my first day off I wake N bake by dabing two rice grain size concentrates and chill while I load up some music.Then I hit the Dynavap a good four or five times and kick it.

Then later on another dab or two the Dynavap several more bowls.Next day off nothing except rest.I mix it up as well during the week during work sometimes but am always careful not to get too medicated before work.We are allowed to be slightly medicated as long as we can do our job but are not allowed to use while at work.

My Arizer Extreme Q is scheduled to be here Saturday which will add to the fun.:brow:A dab press is in my near future as well.Right now I am checking out what seeds/strains to get to grow.Good times:science::leaf:

I want to add edibles to the mix too at some point and have a little bit of everything on hand.
