Tafée Bowle

A question while waiting for mine to arrive. FedEx just totally changed my tracking info history. It was in my country and all of a sudden, it just departed Memphis, TN.

I hear a lot of negatives on the cup. If you can have it your way, what would you pair it with, if not a cup?
Same!!!! That’s my exact tracking as well.

No - This is the first and only one from back in late December. I just posted the pic again because of the recent cable discussion.

You're psychic abilities are showing though.....I have two choices that I must decide on by the start of the BBQ/Pool season....get another Bowle or get another wife ..... she is making it clear 'we' need another one for 'her'. I think it's cheaper to get another Bowle. :D

I'm just waiting for the pool season to kick in because it coincides with her birthday. This-----> should be us shortly. Which is way better than this -----> :horse:
Literally, dealing with the same "problem". 😂

I use one of @RogueGuy tools to clean the pot. Like @Shit Snacks, I also use my pinkie in a tissue to wipe the inside of the pot. I’ve also learned to look for debris on the underside and on or near the o ring. My goal there is to have a consistent seal.

I always clean right after use while stuff is still warm. Learned that with my grasshopper.

I just use my pinky naked though :D

My tracking info is a little weird. I received a tracking number and it showed to have reached my country. Then, I received an updated tracking number, which replaced my previous number.

This is when things starts to get crazy. This new tracking is for two packages. Apparently, my two bowles and potters was shipped using two boxes, but with one tracking number. I seriously don't understand why it can't be shipped as one, except for costing reasons? Even for costing reasons, I did purchase two. The extra shipping cost would've been absorbed by my second unit? I already paid $50 for shipping after all. How much more could it be, to send as one box?

This new tracking number changes its history multiple times a day. I'm not even sure I've seen all versions.

1. Package 1 reached my country but Package 2 is in Anchorage, AK. It says they're waiting for second package.

2. Package 1 is in Memphis, TN while Package 2 remains in Anchorage, AK

3. Package 1 is in Transit at Anchorage, AK. Package 2 has departed Anchorage, AK

I'm fairly certain I'll receive it eventually. Just a matter of time. Just having the worst of luck with mail packages lately

You, or just your pinkie?
Isn’t that what the included brush is for? I got the POTV email just now and admiring the pics - and the brush popped into mind. I think that’s what it’s for, no? Tempting but still on the fence with this for various reasons, none of which are budget. I don’t grind often enough that I’d get maximum enjoyment out of it. I know you can pour pre-ground into the pots but I don’t think it’s my style - or cup of tea, pun intended. I was tempted to pull the trigger but... still on the fence. :peace:

Here's a pic of my charge cable and the unpacking...pretty long cable compared to others....

Please tell me that the charger has 100-240V output... I don't want to need a stepdown to charge it, that caught me off guard, but I'm hopeful that it will be a 100-240V input since its a QC 3.0 charger.

Also, damn, my package is already shipped! job well done PotV!
Will take longer than for most of you since I'm so far away, but hell yeah!

Yes 110-240 volt input suitable, but you will need a plug adaptor, it has North America pins (no earth pin).

Thanks!
No worries that cost about a buck or two and I have many :)

Hmmm...I would love to the see the full input/output details...it seems to be its basically a smartphone charger? so perhaps a Samsung one will work as well?

It'll charge off any usb but not recommended. There seems to be some charging tech that may get screwed up if you use other cubes.

Our house has been on a Bubly kick for the last week or so and tonight it dawned on me to pull out the cup and try some black cherry with my Animal Crackers flower. Perfect pairing, I highly recommend giving it, or any flavoured carbonated water a try. The Bubly Bowle is going to be a regular occurrence for me, I have a bunch of flavour combinations to try.

@Vaporific , I think this is a GREAT at home portable vape. I haven’t tried to pack it for travel, so others can chime in on how it compares to other vapes for out and about use.

To fill the pot, I just use the scoop approach and then lightly tamp. Much easier to load than the grasshopper.

So...easy to load, easy to use, super fast heat up, low maintenance, and effective. I hope to add great flavor when I get my sense of taste back.

Can’t be too comfortable sitting on that fence for so long. So jump off and join the party!

Mine arrives today too. Should be a good day. Vapbong also arriving today as well.
I can't speak for the TB yet, just ordered last night when I got the POTV email, but I can vouch for the VB, enough that I tried to order my second!

This is a day I would take off work for, if these two don't put your VAS in remission for a bit, nothing will!

Hey guys,

Does it matter where TB is purchased? I think I heard if you purchase directly from TB you get additional + 2 years of warranty on top of factory vs POTV you only get 2 years. True?

I don’t think so. I think the extended warranty was an early promotion offer (that went along with the early offered discount). Sorry!

You can register it at tafee.com/support to double the warranty (even if purchased from a 3P).

Still says under the warranty registration on their site: "Please register your product to authenticate it, double your warranty, and receive service support throughout the product lifecycle"

Is the registration service busted for anyone else right now? I cant register. Keeps telling me to fill in all the fields, but I have.

I've contacted Delta 3D Studios. I believe a person could fabricate a stem sleeve that fits over the stem (w/o mouthpiece) and allows for connection to a tube/gong adaptor. Might work.
Whats the shape looking like? I was playing around earlier with this idea:

Does your adapter use a fixed-angle design? ( or by tube do you mean whip? 🤔)

My setup would unfortunately require a funky looking adapter, unless they settled on whips.

Yes, the screen is friction fit in ceramic pot, it rests on tiny lip/shelf

Mighty ist auf der rechten Seite, und ist grosser als Bowle

I like how you intended to type Bowle, but it translated to English "punch"
