Hey guys, I've got some new pieces up in my shop with more on the way soon. I'm blown away by this maple box when it's in sunlight. It almost seems unreal that you're starting at a perfectly flat surface.

I'm in with the statement of @duff regarding your fixed focus on VC stems/bodies.
But I think there are so much vape parts/accessories aside DV stuff which would be awesome in wood.
But alone DV related stuff is more than stems or bodies:
What's about wooden cases with heat insulation for @Pipes Skeletor etc.?
What's about Dynastash "clones" out of different other woods/combinations of material?
What's about wooden VC stashes may be with a glass insert for stash only?
What's about wooden cover for Jyarz?
What's about wooden accessories/parts for other vapes?
What's about wooden dab trays/holder/stands? (a big niche IMO with a lot of potential customers! if someone would offer them.
What's about insulated holder/stands for Herborizer Ti/NewVape Flower Pot/D-Nail Lotus Flower adapter?
....and...and...and....

Can confirm, the flowerpot needs a stand. @Pipes, jarhead or skeletor could use alternative holders. Maybe a dynastash with an ABV socket?

I'm still cooking up ideas for stands, trays and holders but simply haven't been able to turn them into physical realizations due to things getting in the way. After I've replenished my store with stems I'll be on to making them.

Hey guys I have some more pieces up in my shop now. I'll be moving on to making more Valets tomorrow. I ran into quite a few set backs this week as many of the blanks that I made using black wood cracked and split. I'm likely going to stay away from it as it is consuming too much time when it cracks.

At least I can depend on Walnut and Maple to be good woods to turn on the lathe.

Damn bro, these babies are beautiful. Eye candy for sure. Are any of these vong bodies?
You ever try to make a sherlock with one of these ti ttips? The condenser would be all crazy but just a question.

They are all VonGs :)

I've thought about trying to make a vapcap pipe but the ergo of heating a pipe vapcap style is really awkward. Perhaps if paired with a @Pipes heater it wouldn't be an issue? It would have to be two piece construction. Hmmm, You've got me thinking about doing one again.

Well I did just pay for one of those so if you need someone to help you test, let me know! lol

The 18mm vong fits perfectly:

The 14mm needs an adapter:

Then of course, we all go a little mad sometimes:

This last configuration I've done with my grasshoppers, it requires a little more coordination for the VC with the heating of the tip and all, but when maximum incapacitation is called for!!

Thanks @goodpunk6 but It's all stuff I've picked up on these boards. I got the j-hook because @CarolKing said it was a necessity in the enano. Somebody in the grasshopper thread (I'm sorry I forget who) had the u-joint in a bubbler (the shadow on the wall looked like a chandelier) and so I had to try that.

So you get your toys, mix and match, play around a little and relax and enjoy.

My first j-hook was from dhgate but then I got the black leaf and I prefer that, a little heftier and I nicer feel to it. I don't think I spent more than $20 for it.

@Winegums Me too bro. However, if you just so happen to make a wooden J-hook, the kind that can accept a vapcap or ti tip (and subsequently be used with a @Pipes heater) then someone named, "foodpunk7" might be interested in such a product
The problem with a wooden sherlock/ J-hook is the curves. It requires a split construction that is time consuming to make.

Sorry for the long time between updates everyone! I've been busy building furniture and dealing with other things life has thrown at me. I've only just got back to my lathe yesterday and worked on refining some of my processes. It has been quite the challenge to work with Blackwood, Birch Burl and B20 Bronze due to disparate material properties. I'm very happy with the way this first 18mm for a custom order turned out and hopefully I'll have two more available for purchase soon.
