yeah i did
If there is nothing wrong with it just give it a good cleaning and try it out. as for the heating and timing controls the heating and timing are preset on the buttons so there is no need for that. also the mbm dosent have a dcarb option on it and with shipping to me would have been close to 300.00 so its not a better option
yeah if i had to pay 300 it would not be worth it. After reading a lot on the MBM it seems like more people are decarbing in the mbm they are just doing it low and slow with better results than decarbing in an oven. If anyone in the states wants to buy mine im more than willing to let it go for less than what i paid for it.
this is the instructions
There are 5 function button can be choosed , OIL , BUTTER , TINCTURE , CLEAN .
(1)OIL : The Temperature be set at 160F , the cooking time be set at 1 Hour
(2)BUTTER: The Temperature be set at 160F , the cooking time be set at 2 Hours
(3)TINCTURE :The Temperature be set at 160F , the cooking time be set at 4 Hours
(4)CLEAN: The blades will comes on 5 times , mixing 15 seconds every time

Remark:Fill the barrel with liquid and ingredients , make sure the water level does not go out the max line indicated
Thanks if i can find an oz for cheap ill give it a try. How did you decarb? with justj flower inside? of with oil/butter. There are 2 lines is the bottom on the min and top one max? they are pretty close to each other.
yes I just broke up the herb by hand and put it by itself and ran the dcarb function. when that was done then I made a oil extract using the oil button
i used 2 cups of coconut oil with 7 grams worked awsome
I made a batch of oatmeal cookies trying them out now.
If you're looking to use 21g of AVB, I think MBM is good enough. I don't think it's big at all.
It looks like the seller vanished? I tried searching but nothing. Anyone got a lead?
they havent vanished, they just have a newer model https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...684014179.html?spm=a2700.7803241/a.0.0.3r3Gfh
now that is something i would like variable heat and temp.
Iam gonna order one
nice! i cant wait to see it.
I have the MB machine but would get this if it didn't have one
the prce is awsome plus the decarb function is the deal braker for me works great .
How do you order it, use the sample option?
I bought an Anova sous vide to decarb, however I agree wit you an all in one is the best option, i presume this does everything well including decarb?
yes use the sample option
Here is my experience with the last model:
its a great unit the decarb function works perfectly
Any update on the newest model from Alibaba? I like the idea of the combined decarb function.
Buying the Ardent and Levo puts me over $500 mark but I like that there is no smell until you open it up.
Smell containment is an issue for me and would be interested to know if this has been improved with the newest model.
Just looking at the pics I'd say the new model has the same seal as the previous model. As in the seal actually has a raised set of plastic nubs that allows the smell to some what leak out. I'm assuming this is to avoid the pressure in the device not to build up.
Im really happy about recent developments in butter machine decarb combos. Im hopping that by the time i need to make more the makers will have upped their game even more.
OK this combination of articles has made up my mind:
Decarb AND oil extraction all with Souse Vide gear. That will be my purchase when the time is right.
Any more feed back on the all in one, decarb and extract, butter machines? Has anyone actually tested their decarbed buds?
I'm helping set up a much older medical user. His son will be acting as caregiver but is entirely new to all of this. If the all in ones deliver I'll advise that rather than either Souse Vide or MBM & Nova. Otherwise I'll advise the 2 purpose built devises.
