I found out about the Illadelph Volcano Adapter last month and I have been trying to find one or alternative that allow the Easy Valve to be used with a 14mm female joint. And for reference, here's the Illadelph Adapter:

tech_volcano1.jpg

Okay, so the Adapter on the left is a 14mm male, which works universally. The one on the right is an adapter for a mini coil to attach to, which looks like this:

Illadelph_Volcano_Adapter_for_Mini_Coils_Red_with_bag_and_coil__86907.1434564718.1280.1280.JPG

I currently haven't found either online yet.
That's a pretty hefty set up! Illadelph had a decent selection of glass that can be configured to connect tubes and such. You're probably just looking for a plain old 14mm Tapered Glass Joint for the Easy Valve bag piece if you want to just put it through a water pipe after the bag is filled.

We much prefer our "in situ" bubblers that get 100% humidity directly from the Herbal Chamber during the bag filling cycle. We have a thread in the accessories forum on here discussing it more in depth, and you can check out www.magma-industries.com for more info. Or you can always just ask us here :)

Volcano does not cover every situation but for me it replaces logs and glass for home use (for now at least) and with big improvement

When chain vaping more than one bag, the throat (more than lungs) feel dryiness and eventually I will try to put the bag on my orbiter, but I usually do one full bag max every here and there
One bag @6-7 doesnt’t cause almost any dryiness at all to me (190-202C)

@ataxian i think you would not regret buying it, I was on the fence between volcano and plenty and choosen volcano even if afraid I would possibly be disappointed by use of bags, I am not

Ritual is not very fascinating, to say the less, but the combo comfort and effectiveness of volcano bags (or bags in general?) is from another world IMO
I bought a PLENTY and very impressed by the build quality.
I did not start vaping until 2012?
Paper joint’s were I ever had?
Just learning the new technology & technique today?

The Volcano I’m checking out?

Looking at this one!

Hey brother haven't seen you around much.............did you fall in your cano?

No! Just luvin the Volcano! Lots of experimenting to do.
This vape is amazing and I think it deserves all the accolades it gets.
Learning new things all the time, the heater has a least 3 speeds,
and contrary to what some say, their one beef, is that it shuts down
after half an hour?
Mine doesn't!

My analog doesn't shut down but the digital does.........wish it hadn't it would have saved me.$600.00.
Glad your liking it I find that at the upper end of the vaporizer spectrum the differences between units is quite interesting.
I would have thought one well made vaporizer would be much like any other regards effects but that does not seem to be the case?

Auto shut off time is the feature that made me buy the digital over the classic. I'm not doing bags over bags, just an XL one every hour or so if I'm at home. I can wait a couple of minutes for it to go to 230 Celsius from cold. I'm fine not having an electricity hog that I can leave inadvertently on when I leave the house. I'm not from the US and where I live we pay good money for our electricity bills.

Anyhow, though I believe now, that the Volcano and the Plenty are in a class by themselves, the
Plenty being the perfect first vape, I don't think that either are a best choice especially due to the high
cost, unless one is vaping for medical reasons, other than extreme pain relief. (PALE BLUE DOT)

As to the Volcano, heater, I think it's at least a 4 speed, which you can control by manipulating
temperature, fan and removal of the chamber. This factor which I wasn't aware of previously, makes the Volcano operate in concert with the Plenty, which I still believe is the perfect adjuct to the Volcano,
for those who are concerned primarily with extracting the most, from the flower, for medicinal purposes.
Anyone else, can just, totally ignore My ramblings.

The Auto shut off, a feature of the 'digit' Volcano, which has been maligned, unfairly, by some others,
(mis-information which I have been given prudence to rout, out)
does not turn off after 30 minutes, but instead powers off after 30 minutes of 'Inactivity',
a huge difference, that requires only the 'conscious' and simple effort to defeat.

i mean that if your just vaping, as a safer way to get high, or to kill intense pain, perhaps, and,
thinking while your at it, your being awarded other perceived health benefits?
Then, I think you should pass on the Plenty/Volcano, and stay with the, evos, and logs, e-nails, dabb, etc.?

I'm curious as to why you think the Volcano and Plenty are able to extract things that other vaporizers cannot.

I have a Volcano and have extensive use with it. It's a great vape that fits a certain niche perfectly.

Back to the "4 speed heater", how did you come to this conclusion? By speed, do you mean power output?

Why does this make the Volcano the best? Having a variable output heater isn't something that restricted to just the Volcano. It's a common feature in vapes.

That is a really interesting point of view and encompasses some things I would like to think about before responding.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts I appreciate it.

Doesn't matter how long or how extensively you use it, I guess what matters is what your using it for,
And does it perform to your liking? :peace::rockon::drool::zzz:
How many niches do you have?

Back to the "4 speed heater", how did you come to this conclusion? By speed, do you mean power output?

The heater has multiple heat selections, or rates of heating, came to this conclusion because
it definitely does, you can easily tell with the 'digit'.
Really glad I bought it after all, rather than the 'classic'!

There you go miss-quoting, me , don't know why I waste my time.:bang:
I said the Best Vapourizer, for 'medical' use and it unequivocally IS.
The heater is just an important aspect of it.

I'd like to chime in here and ask for what you are talking about with regards to different heater speeds? The fan only has one speed, and there's no active control over how fast the heating element gets to temperature. What are you talking about?

Ignore Me! :myday:

If you don't know by Now I figure you don't need to!

With My technique, use take it out of automatic and shift it manually. :worms:

Uhhh, not to sound like an ass, but I'm an accessory maker for the Volcano and have been a user of this fine piece of equipment for over 10 years. Unless you know something technical about the unit that no one else on this forum knows or confirms, or unless you have evidence supporting your assertion, please stop spreading misinformation.

What was misquoted?

You literally said the Volcano extracts the most out of flower. Meaning other vapes cannot extract what the Volcano does.

Why is it "unequivocally" the best for medical use?

You still have not answered any of the questions posed by numerous members about your conclusions. What is your reasoning? Are you privy to secret info from S & B?

Medical, is that which relates to.

Yes...........but what is medical use?
You have used that term several times and I do not understand what you mean,if you can do that without denigrating my intellect in the process that would be fantastic.

Well you do to Me? :shit:

Nice of You to speak on behalf of everyone on this forum, :goon: but then You being a business man :2c:
and all, I'm sure you've consulted with Markus and Jurgen, regarding Your vast improvements?
Misinformation? :rip:

I'm here to try to help and protect, the New people who are just getting into this,
NOT the people who are totally experienced, and have nothing further to learn.
Also, I am speaking, strictly to those who have health issues in mind.

And to the 'toy maker', 'I Believe' that both the Volcano and Plenty are 'perfectly'
designed by Storz and Bickel, with a great amount of thought and Real 'engineering' to their purpose,
and do not require any gadgets to help them perform flawlessly.
If they do not in your opinion, then In My 'opinion', you've got the wrong machine.
Of course their is always someone who piggybacks on their parade to appease those,
who like to see themselves as the 'esoteric'

How do you feel you are "protecting" new users by spouting misinformation as fact?

If you feel you are not spreading misinformation, why do you never answer any questions posed by members? You just deflect and then continue on with even more claims of a dubious nature.

Please stop making things up and presenting them as fact. If you feel you are not in error, address the questions posed. A discussion takes two sides, yet you refuse to participate.

Spreading false information doesn't "help" or "protect" anyone, especially noobies looking for real information about vaporizers and vaporization.

We have a couple rules that apply here:
  • Please try to stay within your area of experience when commenting or advising.
  • Do not state opinion as fact, we don’t want to spread misinformation. Please qualify your statements and provide references when making claims.

You are breaking both of these rules with virtually each and every one of your posts. Please stop. I don't want to have to give warning points for breaking the above rules, but I will if I need to.

Thank you.

Could you please post your data supporting your opinion that the Volcano has four heater or fan speeds? Otherwise you’re refuting established facts, which are NOT opinion. And seriously... saying ‘facts’ don’t exist online? I don’t even know how to respond...
