I just checked in with the Swagger team and we are going to allow 500 and 1000 perk level folks to let us know if they want a bent neck or a straight tube w/ice pinches. We aren't going to bend the necks on any of the ones with ice pinches as the thicker tubing makes it much more difficult. Before we send out units, everyone at the 500/1000 level will get an email where they can specify the type of mouthpiece they want (but nothing custom beyond that). You guys have been awesome so this is our little way to give back to those that helped us.

Have you tried using my Mini ELB tech in pieces that the Two Cap method is incompatible with? I have a hard time two capping with a couple of pieces, but never have an issue with the Mini ELB...

Alright, help me out.
Stonemonkey55 mentioned the choice between a bent neck or a straight tube w/ice pinches for the $500 & $1000 perks.
I'm a $500 contributor, but I have no idea what ice pinches are. Bent neck seems like it would be more comfy, but I've never used an HT or a Cloud, so what the hell do I know

This is another one that is very much in the eye, er, mouth, of the beholder.
For me, ice is very important. I frequently use the HydraLine that SM demonstrates in the vid linked above on this page, but with ice (note the pinches). My lungs are super sensitive to dry hot heat. So water moisturizing, i.e., glass that has excellent diffusion, is a first requirement. The ice adds yet more moisturizing and also cools the vapor. When paired with the Cloud which extracts so well even at lower temps, I get the most comfortable experience I've been able to find.
But there is a downside: Flavor. Ice will diminish that. How much is, again, subjective. But especially for those users with access to excellent quality herb, understandably they want to savor those flavors without compromise. I don't have access to that kind of quality, so for me this is academic, aside from the health reason above. But if I did, and I still had the lungs from my younger years, I would pass on the ice in favor of the flavor.
In short, ice = cooler vapor at the expense of some degree of taste. Only you can decide.
If it's just a matter of straight vs bent neck, that's a comfort decision. Give some thought to how and where you'll use your HT atop the EVO. For example, if you keep it on a desk and like to sip, you may prefer a bent neck to avoid needing to stand above a straight neck or having to hold the EVO on your lap. You may very well eventually want more than one style; my collection of HT's and other pieces is half straight up, half with bent necks of one type of another. And it's usually pretty easy to sell/trade for another piece of glass should you want to.

I bet even more than a second color it would be well-received to have a carry case available for the cloud/ht setup, maybe something along these lines:
fwiw, some of us have Penguin or Nanuk cases with the custom foam cutouts for just this purpose. There are some cool pics early in this thread with examples.
