@StickyShisha

are they worth the 8 bucks a piece? is there a similar style cartridge for the omicron lite that isn't disposable?

i want something more than layg...
i used them for a while (perhaps 50 or so carts) on an Ophos but i guess they couldn't keep up with my increasing needs.

the Hercules from the same company running at 7.4 volts is a beast of a cart. Surpasses my needs and is designed to be completely disassembled and cleaned by the user. (easier than it looks)
as far as i know, your Omicron lite isn't powerful enough to run the 3.7 volt version.

The way to do it is not take the cone off, just the mouth piece and load it from the top.

What kind of sorcery is this?

is the okeanos worth it? im thinking about getting it for my omicron-lite...

I wish they didnt get rid of the 20% ILIKEUPTECH coupon!

anyone use the okeanos? does it work good at delivering a cool hit? I have the omicron-lite, does it fit?

also why does this company call the KISS carts something else: http://www.vapornation.com/delta9-direct-dab-atomizer.html

I cant tell if those are the ti-KISS or if they are the old ones...

I have an okeanos and I love everything about it for quick on the go things or to maintain between sitdown sessions. It does a pretty damn good job of diffusing and softening the vapor, and a good load can get you 3-4 nice hits before you need to reload. You just have to be much more careful about overloading though. How I load is:
hold the power down until the coil and some of the wick have began glowing, burning off any left old oil in the process. let off the power and let it cool for just a couple seconds, then using your dabber rub the oil over the wick and let it melt off and absorb into/around the wick and coil.

Like i said, doing this I get 3-5 nice thick 8 second hits before i need a reload.

the left upgraded sr74 vs right original almost done.

Okeanos New Orings you can see in white, will work with older Okeanos and newer ones currently testing it to make sure and have it available with the new baffles we are finishing.

This will put an end to the Vaseline part and keep it all natural.

Damn how much wax is in that Hercules 215z? Does the hercules take a long time to warm up? I imagine it does. Leaks?

I wish I could buy the Persei vape, the proper battery, and the SR74 all in one kit, rather than paying for an attachment and battery I won't use.

i totally agree.
after buying a setup for a friend and I end up with 2 (dead on arrival) batteries and a 7.4volt ti kiss that won't be used

@nao12000
is there a kit like this in the works yet?

Hey everyone, I've been down last week or so Damn pain! Just my :2c:, I love the old extract carts. I like the 2.4 ohm, 1.5 ohm, & 5 ohm. They all take a little technique, but offer Great Results for a Great Price. Put in .5 & GO:rockon::chill: I use them on all my W9 vapes ( Omicron Light, Omicron V2.5, & Persei) They work Great IMHO.

  • A literal shit ton
  • It's almost instant if you're using it in 7.4v mode.
  • It doesn't leak if you k now what you're doing with it.
. Have you loaded the hercules this much? If so is there any negatives to loading this much? Possible oil in your mouth when inhaling? I don't have any problems with leaks, if I can safely load about 50-65% of wax compared to 215z I would be very happy![/QUOTE]

Both would be issues, yes... but mainly I would think it would leak really bad. I'm not sure how many coils he has in there but if the oil seem to come up to the cap threadings? That's way too much IMO.

As for how much to load... I'd say .2 to .3 is a decent sized chunk to throw on top of a saturated single coil. You can pro ably get away with closer to 0.5g with two coils.

I'll load less going forward... can someone post a picture as a guide for me? I get the thickest clouds when I don't see any oil laying on top of the coils.

@THC SCIENTIFIC I see the new sr74 lower chamber is taller. Also air holes appear to change in size. Less inhaling resistance on the new upgraded design? The oil chamber seems to change in height too. What is the theory to the new design? I know you mentioned previously the new design is to incorporate the sr-71 thread less cap design and make rod placement easier. Any performance improvements? How about the screen that everyone removes after they clog? Is the screen meant to stop you from sucking oil into your mouth?

The SR74 lower chamber is longer to allow more user error on the rod placement. Because of production tolerances on the rod some Hercules require you to precisely have the rod or it wont work. What this does is it moves the upper section about 3mm up and wont allow the mouth piece to close. What we had to do is to keep the same length is to reduce the top section by 3mm so that it can be backwards compatible with the current shells.

As for performance not much of a increase, in fact none at all, just makes it more user friendly. The screen is there so that you dont inhale the oil. If people take it out thats because of their wants and needs.

@caporoot has the first prototype to test out and we can wait for him to say how he likes it. Since he had an issue i think that is best fixed with this upgrade.

Are the old extract cartridges really just one use only? Seems expensive for one fill up...
