Apropos of the discussion on grinders a few pages back. The Mixnball nano is excellent, grinds to the salt and pepper size that is recommended. It's the only grinder that I have that does it! I have one of the grinders that ships with the MF, and it's just not that great, doesn't grind sticky weed well. I also have a 4 part Mendo Mulcher, and that doesn't get the bud ground up nicely either. But the nano tears it up, it's got a bunch more teeth per square inch, and it's basically the same small size as the grinder that the MF ships with. It fits in the MF box, and along with the batteries and some little baggies, I've got everything I need in one place. Also, the nano doesn't have a magnetic closure, which I first thought would be a drawback, but it's really not an issue at all. So that's it. Perfect grinder. Carry on.

Oh, and I got a MF in walnut from Blissville. I emailed them to ask about exotics, and they had this one in stock. It's pretty amazing looking, and there's the smell of walnut wood too. Big thumbs up.

My AC adapter arrived Monday and WOW this thing takes the MFLB to a whole new level. Don't let looks deceive you, the AC adapter is very functional.

A question for those who have had theirs awhile- how many notches from max do you usually go?

How long between when you placed the order and when it shipped?

I made the order on Monday and it shipped Wednesday, and I'm expecting it on Saturday. OH YEAH

damn i hope mine ships that fast!!! i was expecting like a few weeks wait. I havent gotten an email or anything, but that would be awesome. Really looking forward to it. I got 1 plug left on my power strip just begging for a MFLB PA! dont dissapoint him!

Do you guys ever accidentally combust you weed?
Would try and keep mine on the higher temperature side of things..

Got to use a PA at a superbowl party and I must say that all the great reviews are most certainly spot on.

What reviews, where did you come across them?

JDS, have you continued to have problems with the little plate on the PA getting loose? If I have one criticism of the PA, this would be it. Mine loosens regularly during use.

I give it a tighten every few days or so. Even if it doesn't need it I make sure its snug.

I'm probably going to pick up a final production PA as well. I could use a back up or one I can leave in the car/boat.

The PAMFLB has completely taken over the vape arsenal and I've been selling off the dust collectors.

Excuse my ignorance, (seeing how I don't own a PA), but couldn't you put a product like Locktite on it to keep it from loosining?

I bought my MLFB, and it doesn't heat up. The website says to send questions regarding warranty to blissville.com. Will they replace it when I bought it from a head shop?

Yes they will! http://www.vaporpedia.com/wiki/Magic-Flight_Launch_Box#Warranty

Love my MFLB. cannot wait for the wall/car adapter to become available. I will defiantly be picking both of those up!

Shout out to all my ents out there!

I know no anything about anything electronic, but it seems to me that with the PA you can undo the plug that plugs into the wall and get a car adapter plug that goes into that. Does anyone who owns this understand what I am saying?

The PA has two main parts. The part that plugs into the box itself and then a plug that plugs into that unit and then goes into the wall. The wall part of the apparatus seems like it could be switched out for a car unit plug instead. no?

Mom and JDS, I have not had any trouble with my unit coming loose. Maybe you guys should contact them.

Do you use your LB while sick? Assume you're contagious, could you re-infect yourself by using the same stem when sick and a few days later when healthy?

I think* that those germs dont live too long on ordinary objects, but yes Im pretty clean about my stuff and it would be a good idea to wipe the mouthpiece down with an alcohol swab.

I am using mine right now and I've got a raging sinus infection. When I used to combust, I would just lay off until I was better, because it exacerbated the symptoms, and tasted nasty. Now the launch box actually makes me feel better, with it's warm soothing vapor, and taste wonderful. Just take very light hits. As for re-infecting, wipe the stem with alcohol.

Same here. Smoking sucked when I was sick so I would just stop. With the LB I don't need to. Sucks when your nose is congested though, you can't taste the hits. ><

The Ob: yep, that's exactly how the PA works w/ the two sections.

Re. Being sick: I've got a bad cold now, & the LB has been my only med during the day. Thanks MF!!!

Thanks for the replies everyone, hope we all get better soon
I ended up using this as an excuse to try out my medium stem. Haven't hit that since I started with the LB about 1.5 years ago, been using the short stem almost always apart from a short native phase.
I find it helps cool the vapor a bit more, making it easier to handle with a sensitive throat.

anyway i m in trouble for some additional batteries , i can't get powerex here in europe . so , after a looooong scientifical quest , sanyo 2700 or duracell 2650 seem to be quite good before i finaly find powerex .....could any of you magic flight "doctors" longtime owners give me some advice , which one is best sanyo or duracell ? thanks a lot take care and viva the vapolution

Fabrice you are in luck, since you are in Europe you can buy the new Sanyo Eneloop XX 2500mAh batteries. The reports on these are very good and they guarantee a minimum of 2400mAh which is basically what my Powerex 2700's measure in at, but you get the bonus of a LSD battery with the Eneloops. Here is some info
http://www.eneloop.info/products/batteries/xx-powered-by-eneloop-technology.html

I need to get myself some new batteries for my MFLB too. The batteries that come with it just don't last long enough. Where can you find these "Sanyo 2700" or "Duracell 2650"? Can you get them at Radio Shack or something like that?

I'd get the Powerex 2700s from Thomas Dist. I doubt you'll find a better bat or better price.
http://www.thomasdistributing.com/NiMH-Rechargeable-Batteries_c_678.html

A little cheaper here, Max, when you factor in the shipping charges. At Thomas, it's free shipping at 75 bucks or higher. At Amazon, it's free shipping at 25 bucks or higher and being that Amazon has soooo many other things to buy to get to that free shipping plateau, this may be a better deal. Even though it's Amazon, it's still fulfilled by Thomas.

Hey, anyone got a few tips for me. I'm kind of troubleshooting my MFLB at the moment.

When I got up this morning and looked at my battery charger, it's a tenergy quick charger, I noticed that 1 light was off, 1 was on and blinking red. That battery also seems to be dead as I can't get the light to turn on in any way. Anyone else had this issue? I've only had the battery for 10 sessions or so.

Also, Anyone have t o use a lot of torque to get the battery to contact the coil? I took out the little foam ring because I had to use so much force that the ring just made it even more difficult. Any solutions?
