can some one recommend a decent charger for 30 bucks or under. i don't feel the need to drop 60 bucks on one since i do not use my box too often, yet i'm tiered of the stock charger.

One more question.
I can see the screen of the MFLB is very very small, but is it possible to still get very fine particles of weed to escape the filter screen and you are gonna inhale it in your lung? Won't it be harmful, I heard about grit weed and if you smoke those, the grounded sand/glass particles will escape through the screen or not?

has anyone elses's tube of the MFLB becoming yellow after many uses? I see some kind of crystally residue in there and I insert a qtip in there and swab it around and I can get something really sticky coming out of there.

Technically that's called "wand honey". You can do a quick Alcohol evap on it to clean and extract whats in there. It will get you high :)

Ok, cool, I thought those stuff means the weed is laced or something, but what about MFLB's filter screen? Won't very tiny particles go through it and you would inhale it?

I'll leave this question to the makers of MFLB to answer more fully however looking at the screen I can't imagine anything as small as the holes in the screen would pass through anything harmful to your body.

yea, but the fine plant matter particles are nothing compared to the solids in smoke.
It could be remedied by using a vapor bong, but thats not what this unit is for.

I would say if you are not sure if your weed is laced with ground glass or other micro contaminants, then using it with the MFLB might be dangerous because those harmful particles are as small as micrometers long.
Because I used it a few times then I spit out phlegm with streaks of blood, so I think my weed is laced, but then again, I used a vaporizer jointly with a water bong, and it still made me spit blood, could it be the weed is not laced with glass or sand, but with chemicals that makes me bleed, or could it be possible that the weed isn't laced at all, it's just the smoke/vapor that irritates my blood linings in my throat or back of my throat so it makes me bleed?

It's not the smoke, vapor, weed or devices that you're using. Sounds like you need to see a doctor man.

@SmokingElectricity: I just bought the La Crosse BC-700 and 4 Powerex batteries for $42. Can't say how it works yet, but I'm psyched to get it and try it out.

WTF is that picture about under your sig?

The cute little charger that came with my Box is working just fine.

Sadly one of the batteries it came with no longer is, giving a dim light and no heat, but the extra two batteries I got with the order are excellent so whatever.

first post everyone! i love my magic-flight and this grinder is probably the best invention for it. it grinds it down to basically keif and rips like crazy! its only 4 bucks free shipping.

am not a spammer! this is real! someone really needs try this besides me.

Not a spammer...but your first post on here is advertising this thing.... :/

It looks like a cheese grater....for weed. I don't see how it could be that good. Don't you run into the same problem when grating cheese on a cheese grater?

Once the piece is too small you run the risk of cutting your fingers if you try to grate it all. Plus, most people have beautiful fluffy buds not dry dense nugs that could be grated with this thing. I'll stick to a 2piece grinder.

Is there a store that I can buy powerex batteries and smart chargers at or are they only available online?

This unit sounds perfect for fishing and outdoor activities. Think I'll pick one up in the spring - it might give me a reason to be outdoors more than I typically would be - a motivator ...if you will.

Be careful soaking the stems in alcohol to harvest any reclaim, the alcohol destroys the stems, and I would imagine the reclaim has bits of plastic dissolved in it if you let it sit too long. I did an overnight soak once, and it turned my stem all white and brittle, and there were pieces of the stem in the iso.

I love this thing! The first vape i got was a "vaporlite" which was not terrible considering i got it for 30 bucks. But the Magic Flight Box is nice, portible, clean, and easy to use.

That vaporite thing is pretty awful. But mine may be defective.

I like how durable and light the Magic Flight Box is. Since i like to smoke while i'm playing games or drawing. It's nice to have a hand heald vaporizer that is durable enough that i do not have to put too much thought into actually using it. Just pick it up, push in the battery, take a slow draw, and bam!

I can see how other devices could produce a higher yeild. But i can burn plenty as long as i have a charged battery.

My only reccomendation is extra batteries or perhaps another charger. The charger packed with the flight box is nice and portible for a well priced battery charger though.

My favorite feature is the ease of use and how stealthy it is. Smoking it doesn't feel like something i have to devote much concentration to. Since it can be operated with a single hand and a press of the finger. The wood and glass makes it look inconspiculous, keep it light weight, and plenty durable. So when i set it down i can just set it down. Instead of trying to ballance it like a bong or a glass pipe.

My least favorite feature. I wish it came with 4 batteries. But the 2 batteries work very fine. Plus for the price that you pay. It makes sense to simply buy a more powerful set of batteries if you need them. Instead of making the vaporizer cost higher.

I am a heavy smoker though. So just the fact i'm blazing on it and playing Splatterhouse at the same time is pretty awesome. Because i can't really do that with any other device i have.

Also it has a lifetime warentee. Which is an easy sell for me. The thing is so durable i probably wont ever need a replacment. But it's nice to know that if something bad did happen to it. I dont have to suffer for it. That is awesome!

Yeah guys, don't put your stem in alcohol...it will completely cloud the acrylic. Use a toothpick or something similar to wipe it all out.

I do notice that my box is getting quite, well, sticky inside. Underneath the screen it is visibly coated in resin under bright light, and the top of the sides of the trench build resin very quickly as well. I will probably have to just use the battery burn method to clean it out, but I have a feeling it might take more than just 2 charged batteries. I've previously cleaned it using 1 battery, a couple times, and it worked well. However, this is quite a bit more resin buildup than previously. Anyone else have their box get this gunked up with daily (1 time a day usually) use? I should probably start a weekly cleaning regimen on this thing.

I also ordered the wall adapter yesterday, I wish I caught it sooner. Hope i'm not too far down the waiting list! I can't wait for it, since I use mine indoors enough that it is worth it. This thing still is the champion of stealthy outdoors use though. I tried a friend's iolite, and as nice as the automated butane heating is, the breath control and simple battery on/off control I get with the launch box makes it more user friendly to me personally.

The stock batteries with my 2nd LB were not good, IMO. I know they changed from Eneloops to something else, but the Eneloops for me are the best. They run the hottest and longest, that simple. The new batteries I got from MF really are only good for one trench, and towards then end its not even that good. The eneloopos can stretch up to 3 trenches...and they are old and I use a 'stupid' charger!

I use it for 5-10 trenches a day, and the gum does build up quickly. The stuff below the trench will not cause problems, so you can leave that, but the shoulders need an alcohol-soaked q-tip wipe every week to remove the stuff. I follow this with a 1 battery burn in, and it cleans the trench pretty good.
Just be careful not to have alcohol dripping from the q-tip, if you accidentally drop a small amount on the wood then it might make the taste bad for days.
