So I've received my hopper about 2 weeks ago, I was so excited about it. I packed my herbs, clicked it on, waited til the blue light turned off, hit it and nothing. mind you I never saw the red lights. I emailed support, caroline told me to fill out a warranty claim. I got around to it about a week later, I said okay lets just try one more time before filling this out. I tried and it worked. I got through about 3-4 bowls before I had to head out for class, I was going to hit it before going to class, and low and behold it stops working again. now I only have blue lights. sent an email with a video attached of the issue to caroline
now heres what im curious about, you guys keep talking about external chargers... where the heck can I get one of those?! point me in the right direction please! if i get a new one I want to do external charging since it sounds like people are having less issues than body charging. also I'll keep you updated on what happens.
