Task-Specific (Crohn's Desease) 1:1 THC/CBD ratio Raw Cannabis Juice

Salutations everybody,

Some time ago ago i've started searching the web about CBDs vs Crohn's desease, as a self-grower i came to think of an idea which i just discovered doesn't really happen to be new:

...veg for juicing... ...no flowering... ...would not require any HID lighting... ...

The idea is to consume only the leaves and stems which i believe are said to contain more CBDs than the flowers, hence the possibility to cut before the flowering stage. No decarboxylation would be wanted here since patients often wish to avoid becoming "euphoric" because of their medication: those people are trying to regain some level of "normal" life, actually...

...

I've found a few strains which appear to be adequate under this rather unusual context:

Grand Daddy Purple (GDP), The Verdes Foundation
14.3 % THC, 1:2:1 CBD (THCV:CBG:CBC)

Good Medecine, Jolly Roger
(8.2 % THC, 9.03 % CBD)

Harlequin, Humboldt County Housewives
(3.31 % THC, 7.92 % CBD, 0.05 % CBN)
(6.03 % THC, 13.65 % CBD)

Juanita La Lagrimosa, Reggae Seeds
(8.8 % THC, 6.8 % CBD)

Any input about 1:1 High-CBD strains suitable for quick growing by the patient (2 months or less, ideally) would be greatly appreciated.

I started a thread on this a while back: http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?pid=159670#p159670

The collective in California doing a lot of juicing is here, they have some great articles on raw cannabis: http://cannabisinternational.org/articles.php

Cannatonic, by Resin Seeds, is supposed to be a 1:1 THC/CBD ratio strain. Treating Yourself had it on the cover in this issue: http://www.treatingyourself.com/images/issues/pdfs/issue24.pdf

You should also check out project CBD: http://www.projectcbd.com/

Hi T-Dub,

I've subscribed to the thread you started in hope there will be additional input in the future, though i feel the scope of your topic is much wider. In the present case it's the fact that CBDs interact with the "CB2" receptors in the "T" cells affecting auto-imunity in the digestive system which makes Raw Cannabis Juice attractive; the mode of operation differs significantly for other deseases, the need to use fresh non-decarboxylated cannabis leaves and stems is not my only creteria...

Thanks a lot for the links anyway, i found a few good ones there!

Egzo, you are a cool guy and maybe we can help each other on this one. I deal with autoimmunity every day, no Crohn's yet . . . but I wish I had access to the poundage of fresh medicine required to try this. I am going to have to shake Vito's tree on this when I speak with him next, he was really interested as well.

Hi,

Oh, that makes me enthousiastic because i gather you already understand very well that auto-imune disorder relief would be caused by healing in the affected tissues, which is very different from calming the symptoms caused by such a desease. Most people would just conclude i'm investigating pain control while in fact it's not the case. Thank you for being so kind, i'll definitely stick around!

I'm trying to identify proper strains that will grow hapily under a few CFL lamps until flowering starts. I know that "AutoFems" stop growing when flowering begins, the cut would occur at that moment in the plant's life, when there's not much to fear from THC yet... I evaluate from my past experience with 2 small self-growing projects that 2 months would suffice to obtain at least 4 plants 2' high. I suppose that's not much but this should provide an easy way to test the medecine before a person has to consider heavier alternatives.

Being a member since a year or so it's easy for me to recognize that Vito has graciously invested quite a lot of time and effort into making meaningful contributions, i look forward for his comments as well!

{Yeah, i can imagine how it sounds to flatter people like this - but i'm sure everyone knows that's well earned IMHO!}

Euh...

Any idea how to get sterile juice without actually decarboxylating it???
