ive been drinking those bob marley sodas you find at some grocery stores, and holy crap it does a WHOLE lot more than the dumb mango trick, its always to hard to find mangos and get them to be a certian ripeness and depends on what you ate ect ect...


anyone had these? they taste pretty good but its all natural just a few extracts to make you more relaxed, honestly it makes me more anti- anxiety than anything, thus helping me sleep


one of these and just a bowl later and im done, no wasting extra meds!

if anyone wants i can get way more into detail and do a video aswell.

im in colorado and i can find them at 7-11 stores and king soupers.

also i had this stuff called "nuero sleep" had two of those, not even close to what these do.


i actually get my legs real relaxed and everything makes me laugh kinda feeling.

It's down here in Canada too; I've seen it and tried it but noticed no effects.

I live in Canada and I first saw them like a year ago and tried them. I did feel a bit calmer but I wasn't sure if it was a placebo or not. I havn't bought one since then but I think I'll give them another try. I've only seen them in convenience stores and shoppers drug marts here in Ontario, mabye they're not available in other parts of Canada.

Not sure what part of the country your in, but I've seen it sold at Shoppers Drug Marts and convenience stores alike here in Ontario. Usually right beside the Monster Energy.

for me i usually drink two and have one or two bowls and i feel good all night.

im such a skeptic and laughed when i saw this, a friend convicned me and hey its only 2 bucks right?

i just had a few more last night and i can confirm they work, and i feel better about drinking one of these at night than a caffinated soda (im addicted to carbonation)

Nope; can't say that it did. I was hoping it would but I disliked the taste and noticed absolutely no effects. I don't think I'll be trying it again. Might work for certain types of people though?

id imagine just like edibles it effects everyone different, me being always underweight (eating probs) and not being that tall and having a high metabolism, i can feel these come on pretty quick but only last for maybe an hour, i also usually just drink two in a row pretty fast.

Have had these and a number of other Relaxation beverages. They All work for me. The Bob Marley ones have been around here in KY for over a year now, and you can find them anywhere from the grocery, to the gas station, to the LHS... I prefer them, the tea in glass bottles for their flavor and non-carbonation. I used to drink Purple Drank before these Marley drinks were introduced, tasted like grape soda but would put you DoWn... I don't like drinking soda though due to a kidney problem so I try and avoid anything with similar characteristics.

Doesn't the bottle recommend not more than 1 bottle per serving? Haven't had in a while so I can't say as I remember this accurately or not...

Theses are available even here, I just have to walk 10 minutes to get one. I tried one like a year ago, someone bought some finding it funny. Not that bad but the taste was too sugary. I didn't noticed something. I may try it again once. What is your favorite flavor ?

To get higher, eat well, exercise, stuff like that..

Edit : I like to put frozen mangoes slices in my beer, let them sit a bit, then drink that and eat the mango. Best high enhancer

yeah i think it says dont drink more than 4 in 12 hours or something? with warnings i usually never go over the limit because i know how to read.

then again it says dont operate HEAVY MACHINERY

ive heard they only put those warning and sometimes you need to be carded (its never happend at my stores, and i look young as hell) because some drinks have melatonin in them and they dont want kids abusing it or whatever.


kinda funny i feel guilty drinking one even tho its all natural, just dosent feel right not being relaxed from herb first.

So what is actually in it? I've seen them around.

Local big box SDM did not carry it.

back of the can says

"hops extract, lemon balm extract, chamomile extract, rose hips extract"

yeah thats why i like it, no chemicals and crap, just a small chill blend nothing too intense. i really like the flavor of the berry, the citrus is just a derp moutian dew

I had one of the citrus ones right when they came out (before I was interested in cannabis) and I remember it put me right to sleep. I don't know if it was just coincidence or what, but it tasted great! Maybe ill pick one up and try them out again.

Not sure if JSteez4205 is talking about the same stuff, but this one "relaxation beverage" called Drank was really good, in my opinion. I read a review online that said:

I've tried the drink maybe 5 to 10 times and it totally had a relaxing effect on me - there was no doubt about it. It's kind of expensive and I can't seem to find it as easily. There was a place that sold another one (a knock off?) called Purple Stuff.

Still have yet to try the Bob Marley one. I'm a bit interested, but I'm not sure if a tea could beat the taste of Drank.

forgot to update this, one night i was like 4-5 beers deep and i grabbed one of these before bed (was just the last one in the fridge) i usually dont mix alcohol with anything, usually not even THC, just wasnt thinking(hell its soda, just didnt cross my mind), man it fucked me up, i felt really good but i was just worried and paranoid that i felt that way at the same time haha, shit cant be good to mix those, was kinda funny, i ended up getting a bloody nose outa the blue and i seriously couldnt get it to stop bleeding, i know alcohol will do that to you, but DAMN!

it has melatonin in it
